★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os funcionários fecham mais cedo e alegam que o médico saiu pra fazer cirurgia, ja aconteceu algumas vezes. Não compensa sair de casa e se deslocar pra ter atendimento numa clínica que não cumpre o horário de funcionamento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clínica estabelecida há trinta anos em Piedade, o atendido é excelente desde a recepção, fui atendido pelo Dr Sérgio Remígio que com sua competência soube resolver o problema que estava me incomodando. Recomendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tinha tudo pra ser bom, apesar de ser bem localizado e limpo, o atendimento deixa a desejar. Segundo a recepcionista, não há como eles avaliarem os atendimentos que são de urgência com os menos urgente, havia apenas um médico para o atendimento e só ele faz essa avaliação. Tivemos que ir embora pois meu sogro estava com o dedo quebrado e com muita dor e ainda teríamos que esperar 2 pessoas serem atendidas. Viemos para a Clínica Ortopédica de Boa Viagem, onde não levamos mais que 10min para que fizesse o cadastro, fosse atendido e fizesse o raio-x.

We had to leave because my father-in-law had a broken finger and a lot of pain and we still had to wait for 2 people to be taken care of. We came to the Orthopedic Clinic of Boa Viagem, where it took no more than 10 minutes to register, be attended and do the x-ray.
Unfortunate!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quero parabenizar o atendimento de uma das moças da recepção o nome dela é ketlyn ( acho que se escreve assim ) . Um ser humano de luz , eu cheguei com muita dor com crise de coluna pois já passei por duas cirurgia de coluna fui atendida por um péssimo médico, que se chama caraciolo, o meu marido saiu do trabalho pra me levar pois estava sem conseguir andar de tanta dor , ele passou uns exames não me medicou, NENHUMA INJEÇÃO, e não me deu atestado, como se eu tivesse condições de voltar ao trabalho, vejam que absurdo !. Eu cheguei até questioná-lo: o senhor achar que eu estou brincando de tá com dor ? Nenhuma injeção foi passada pra mim, cheguei com dor e sair mil vezes pior. Ele é o tipo do médico que não espera vc explicar o que tá sentindo, sempre interrompe. Grosseiro e mal educado . Passou uns exames , mas medicação que é bom nada , e só me deu um dia pq eu pedi e percebi que ele não gostou. Como assim ? Ele é ortopedista mesmo ? Qualquer ortopedistas descente iria vê que o meu caso não é brincadeira. Palhaçada, me sentir menosprezadano atendimento por um homem que se diz médico ortopedista. O dono dessa clínica deveria saber disso. Pois irei falar nas redes sociais esse descaso .

I even questioned him: do you think I'm playing at being in pain? No injection was given to me, I arrived in pain and left a thousand times worse. He's the kind of doctor who doesn't wait for you to explain what he's feeling, he always interrupts. Gross and ill-mannered. He passed some tests, but medication that is not good, and he only gave me one day because I asked for it and realized that he didn't like it. As well ? Is he really an orthopedist? Any decent orthopedic surgeons would see that my case is no joke. Bullshit, feeling slighted in the care of a man who calls himself an orthopedic doctor. The owner of this clinic should know that. Well, I will talk about this neglect on social media.
