★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisa melhorar a recepção, desisti de ser atendida. Agendei atendimento por 2x, aguardei por 4h na primeira vez, não fui atendida, aguardei 3h na segunda vez, não fui atendida. Não sei se pela quantidade de pessoas, mas se você for agendado, não justifica não ter mais ninguém para ser atendido, você ficar sozinha na recepção e não se atendida.
Need to improve reception, I gave up being served. I made an appointment twice, I waited for 4 hours the first time, I was not answered, I waited 3 hours the second time, I was not answered. I don't know if it's because of the number of people, but if you are scheduled, it doesn't justify not having anyone else to be attended to, you being alone at the reception and not being attended to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento em si é muito bom, desde a recepção até a consulta, são ótimos profissionais. O que deixou mesmo a desejar foi a espera pelo atendimento, se fosse um pouco mais rápido, sendo por ordem de chegada ou senha seria bem melhor. Mais gostei muito da clínica!!!
The service itself is very good, from the reception to the consultation, they are great professionals. What really left something to be desired was the wait for the service, if it was a little faster, being in order of arrival or password would be much better. I really enjoyed the clinic!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O tempo de espera foi um pouco acima do esperado. O único problema de fato é se precisar de uma resposta pós consulta. Meu filho de 3 anos teve uma febre após o início do tratamento prescrito e entrei em contato com a clínica, mas 24h após meu contato, ainda não tenho retorno.
