★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei do atendimento telefônico e as recepcionistas totalmente despreparadas, atendimento péssimo sem quaisquer satisfação ao paciente. Cheguei as 15h uma das recepcionista me deu um pedacinho de papel e mandou q eu anotasse o número da carteira do plano pegou o rg da minha mão e nada mais me disse, aguardei até 16h qd o medico me chamou, o que ajuda a clínica a indicação são os médicos principalmente dr Henrique, muito atencioso.
I did not like the phone service and the receptionists totally unprepared, poor service without any patient satisfaction. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exrrema falta de profissionalismo na organizacao da sequencia de atendimentos. Nunca fomos atendidos no horario, um colega do trabalho uma vez desisitiu apos passar das 18h sem ser atendido com sua filhinha e hoje, chegamos as 9h para exames e atendimentos com 2 criancas pequenas. Fomos atendidos quase 2h apos da hora marcada, porque ate uma consulta extra foi colocada à frente. Falta organizacao no manejo das autorizacoes e administracao aparentemente nao toma conhecimento, pois o problema exiate ha anos. Como nao faltam pacientes e, portanto, abunda dinheiro entrando, so resta nao voltar mais. Fica o alerta para que o maximo possivel de clientes nao percam seus compromissos por conta da falta de organizacao da clinica e da negligencia da administracao.
So esclarecendo, ja que aparentemente nao é possivel replica a resposta: Procurei a administração, que se encontrava de porta fechada, em reuniao. Como tinha horario a cumprir, nao pude esperar para conversar pessoalmente.
Extreme lack of professionalism in the organization of the attendance sequence. We were never attended on time, a colleague from work once left after 6 pm without being attended to with his little girl and today, we arrived at 9 am for exams and appointments with 2 young children. We were attended almost 2 hours after the scheduled time, because even an extra appointment was placed ahead. Lack of organization in the management of authorizations and administration apparently does not take notice, as the problem has existed for years. As there is no shortage of patients and, therefore, there is an abundance of money coming in, all that remains is to never return. It is a warning that the maximum possible number of clients do not lose their commitments due to the lack of organization of the clinic and the negligence of the administration.
Just to clarify, since it is apparently not possible to reply the answer: I went to the administration, which was behind closed doors, in a meeting. As I had time to do it, I couldn't wait to talk in person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atendimento. Grata a Dra Simone que conseguiu fazer meu filho de 4 anos que detesta jaleco e exames, ser examinado na maior tranquilidade e alegria. Tb fui pessoalment atendida pela Dra Rebeca um dia antes e ela foi tb mt atenciosa e ótima profissional. Recomendo a clínica!
Excellent service. Thank you, Dr. Simone, who managed to make my 4-year-old son who hates lab coats and exams be examined with utmost peace and joy. I was personally met by Dr. Rebeca the day before and she was also attentive and great professional. Highly recommend the clinic!

É bem verdade que também gosto de perguntar quantos pacientes têm na nossa frente (para o mesmo profissional agendado) e em qual consultório está atendendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento da recepção é péssimo!!! O atendentes não olham na nossa cara e não fazem questão nenhuma de serem simpáticos, atenciosos e prestativos!!! Hoje passei o meu filho em consulta e na hora de ir embora, quando fui na recepção pegar o documento e a carteirinha do convênio do meu filho , a recepcionista toda arrogante perguntou o nome dele várias vezes e vi que ela tinha entregue os documentos dele para outro paciente que já tinha ido embora há muito tempo!!! Ela ficou falando com o rapaz que trabalha com ela se ele tinha visto ou pego os documentos ! Em nenhum momento ela se dirigiu a mim , para dar uma explicação ou se desculpar !!! Fiquei plantada de pé no balcão olhando para ela esperando alguma reação ou explicação do ocorrido!!!! Ainda por cima o outro atendente veio discutir comigo querendo bater boca com a cliente , nunca vi isso , é um absurdo!!! Eles erram e ainda querem brigar com o cliente !!! O que aconteceu é muito sério!!! Meu filho está sem o documento original e sem a carteirinha do convênio!!! E se ele passar mal e eu precisar correr com ele para o hospital??? Como é que eu faço com uma criança doente em casa e sem os documentos!!! Nenhum hospital ou clínica atende!!! Isso é serissimo!!! Tomem uma providência!!! Quero os documentos e a carteirinha do convênio do meu filho amanhã sem falta !!!!
Reception service is terrible!!! The attendants don't look us in the face and don't make a point of being friendly, attentive and helpful!!! Today I took my son for an appointment and when I was leaving, when I went to the reception to get my son's insurance document and card, the receptionist, all arrogant, asked his name several times and I saw that she had delivered his documents to another patient who had been gone for a long time!!! She kept talking to the guy who works with her if he had seen or taken the documents! At no time did she address me, to give an explanation or apologise!!! I was standing on the counter looking at her waiting for a reaction or explanation of what had happened!!!! On top of that, the other attendant came to argue with me wanting to chat with the customer, I've never seen that, it's absurd!!! They make mistakes and still want to fight with the customer!!! What happened is very serious!!! My son is without the original document and without the insurance card!!! What if he gets sick and I need to rush him to the hospital??? How do I do with a sick child at home and without documents!!! No hospital or clinic attends!!! This is awesome!!! Take action!!! I want the documents and my son's health insurance card tomorrow without fail !!!!
