★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Após esperar mais de um mês para me consultar com uma endocrinologista desta clínica , hoje eu me senti muito desrespeitado pois depois de esperar minha vez, um representante de equipamentos entrou para ser atendido, fazendo com que eu desistisse da consulta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Misericórdia gente estamos século 21 essa clínica não aceita cartão tive q andar uma milha atrás de caixa eletrônico. Sem falar q dentro dessa clinica tem um pequeno café. Pois paguei por dois café um pão de queijo uma garrafa pequena de água quase 40 reais meu Deus ?♀️?♀️?♀️?♀️
Mercy people we are in the 21st century this clinic does not accept cards I had to walk a mile behind an ATM. Not to mention that inside this clinic there is a small cafe. Because I paid for two coffee a cheese bread a small bottle of water almost 40 reais my God ?♀️?♀️?♀️?♀️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não fui bem atendida ao tentar marcar uma consulta por telefone. Muita desorganização a respeito das médicas que atendem o meu plano. Sem falar que tive a minha ligação redirecionada várias vezes pra no final delisgarem na minha cara ?
Fiquei bem decepcionada pq tinha muitas expectativas sobre a clínica
I was not well attended when trying to make an appointment over the phone. A lot of disorganization about the doctors who attend my plan. Not to mention that I had my call redirected several times to end up hanging in my face ?
I was very disappointed because I had a lot of expectations about the clinic

Porém um pouco complicado para atendimento via telefone pois as mensagens no whatsapp demoram a serem respondidas e o agendamento de horário não funciona muito bem, uma vez que esperei 1h para o meu atendimento. Mas a dra. Isabela é maravilhosa, super atenciosa. Vou iniciar meu tratamento com ela e estou super confiante!
Great facilities and normal service. But it's a bit complicated for phone service because messages on whatsapp take time to be answered and scheduling doesn't work very well, since I waited 1 hour for my service. But Dr. Isabela is wonderful, super attentive. I'm going to start my treatment with her and I'm super confident!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, estava com 15 dias de operada, com o recém nascido de mesmos dias, tive uma consulta marcada às 12:40, esperei 1 hora a médica ainda não tinha chegado, nem sei que horas seria atendida, o meu bebê não está vacinado, se soube que iria atrasar, deveriam avisar com antecedência, pq não me incomodaria em voltar para casa e ir no horário q poderia ser atendi
Terrible, it was 15 days after the operation, with the newborn of the same days, I had an appointment at 12:40, I waited 1 hour, the doctor hadn't arrived, I don't even know what time she would be seen, my baby is not vaccinated, if I knew I was going to be late, they should let me know in advance, because I wouldn't bother to go home and go at the time that could be answered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei minha mãe pra realizar um exame com um médico dessa clínica à pedido, e chegando às 16 horas só a chamaram às 17horas, foi bastante demorado! O exame particular foi bem caro. Porém fomos bem atendidos.
I took my mother to undergo an examination with a doctor at this clinic upon request, and arriving at 4 pm they only called her at 5 pm, it was quite time consuming! The private exam was very expensive. But we were well attended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMO ATENDIMENTO!.. No dia 08/03 liguei para marcar um geriatra para a minha mãe, a consulta ficou agendada para o dia 22/03. Porém não ligaram para confirmar, então no dia da consulta liguei para a clínica e fiquei sabendo que a consulta não estava marcada, quem me atendeu foi uma tal de Ruth que foi arrogante, agressiva, mal educada, jogando a responsabilidade para cima de mim e ainda desligou o telefone na minha cara. PÉSSIMO ATENDIMENTO!!!!
TERRIBLE SERVICE!.. On 03/08 I called to schedule a geriatrician for my mother, the appointment was scheduled for 03/22. But they didn't call to confirm, so on the day of the appointment I called the clinic and I found out that the appointment was not scheduled, who answered me was a Ruth who was arrogant, aggressive, rude, throwing the responsibility on me and even hung up the phone in my face. TERRIBLE ATTENDANCE!!!!
