O que pensar de um profissional que critica a forma física do cliente e inclusive pede para tirar uma foto do mesmo de costas para criticar o fato de supostamente ter as costas muito mais largas que os quadris? Que era para auxiliar em uma dieta e quis dar opinião em treino dizendo que não deveria fazer o exercício "pulley" mais? Simplesmente lamentável.
Bad experience with professional Lucas Penchel. I do not recommend it at all. What to think of a professional who criticizes the physical shape of the client and even asks to take a picture of him on his back to criticize the fact that he supposedly has a much wider back than the hips? That it was to assist in a diet and wanted to give an opinion in training saying that I shouldn't do the "pulley" exercise anymore? Simply pitiful.
