O médico Gerson ortopedista, foi superficial, nem ao menos solicitou exames, mal olhou e deu a sentença!! É assim nossos médicos no Brasil.Foi atendido hoje dia 22/06/2017
I indicated to my husband, he is in severe pain and a lot of cramps. Unfortunately the service was as bad as going to the emergency room !! The orthopedic doctor Gerson, was superficial, he didn't even request exams, he barely looked and gave the sentence !! This is how our doctors in Brazil were treated today 06/22/2017

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo! A médica Dr. Camila, pediu exames que só ficaram prontos 18 dias após a consulta. Qdo liguei para levar os exames, falaram q o prazo de revisão de consulta é de somente 15 dias. Os médicos sabem que, certos exames laboratoriais tem prazos extensos para ficarem prontos. Me senti enganada, principalmente por não ter sido informada de tal prazo durante consulta, e tendo em vista que estamos passando por uma pandemia.
Terrible! The doctor Dr. Camila, asked for tests that were only ready 18 days after the consultation. When I called to take the exams, they said that the consultation review period is only 15 days. Doctors know that certain laboratory tests have long deadlines to be ready. I felt cheated, mainly because I was not informed of this period during consultation, and considering that we are going through a pandemic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento !!! Moro em Paraty desmarcaram a minha revisão 4 dias antes da data e não e eu trabalho em emprego fixo oq fica difícil uma folga tão próxima da outra! Eu pedi para colocar Ms pra frente a recepcionista com uma super má vontade não quiseram remarcar na data que eu poderia ir dizendo que eu iria pagar outra consulta..... E pra piorar me julgaram achando que estava em Paraty a passeio !!!!

Terrible attendance !!! I live in Paraty they canceled my review 4 days before the date and no and I work in a fixed job which makes it difficult to have a break so close to each other! I asked to put Ms in front of the receptionist with a super bad will, they didn't want to reschedule the date I could go saying that I would pay for another appointment.... And to make matters worse they thought I was in Paraty for a walk !!! !
Horrible service!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um atraso absurdo na consulta com o psiquiatra. A atendente disse que a consulta não tem tempo para acabar, que cada pessoa é um caso. Se é assim, as marcações devem ser mais espaçadas ao contrário do que é feito hoje.
O médico em si me pareceu profissional e humano e interessado no paciente; ouve com atenção o que é dito.
Os preços são bem populares mesmo. Nota 10 para isso.
Foi a primeira consulta da minha mãe de 81 anos, lá não tem nenhum tipo de atendimento prioritário. É mesmo pelo horário marcado (acho justo mas como disse acima, as marcações deveriam ser mais espaçadas). Ficamos 2h23m esperando pelo atendimento.
An absurd delay in the consultation with the psychiatrist. The attendant said that the consultation does not have time to end, that each person is a case. If this is the case, the markings should be more widely spaced as opposed to what is done today.
The doctor himself seemed professional and human and interested in the patient; listen carefully to what is said.
Prices are very popular indeed. Note 10 for this.
It was my 81-year-old mother's first appointment, there is no priority service there. It is due to the scheduled time (I think it is fair, but as I said above, the appointments should be more widely spaced). We were 2h23m waiting for the service.
