★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decepcionada pela adesão do plano, só estou gastando dinheiro com mensalidade, pois já vou para 4 meses tentando marcar uma consulta e não consigo, ou não é aceito, isso eles não informam, passam para o cliente como se fosse o mais aceito em todos os lugares ?
 Disappointed by the plan's adherence, I'm only spending money on a monthly basis, as I've been going for 4 months trying to make an appointment and I can't, or it's not accepted, they don't inform, they pass it on to the client as if it were the most accepted in all places ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambiente com todos os protocolos de segurança, atendentes muito educadas, pessoal da coleta também. Meus exames ficaram prontos até antes do prazo. E esse número de telefone funciona, sim. É preciso um pouco de paciência, porque a demanda de atendimento às vezes é grande.
Environment with all safety protocols, very polite attendants, collection staff too. My exams were ready even before the deadline. And that phone number works, yes. It takes a little patience, because the demand for care is sometimes great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vejo que há 1 ano a maioria das avaliações para o atendimento telefônico eram ruins. E mesmo assim nada mudou . Estou ligando desde ontem para esclarecer uma dúvida e ninguém atende. Infelizmente a empresa mudou de um outro plano para a Unimed.
I see that 1 year ago most of the evaluations for the telephone service were bad. And yet nothing has changed. I've been calling since yesterday to clarify a question and no one answers. Unfortunately the company switched from another plan to Unimed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperei 2: 20 h horas para entregar urina para fazer EAS. Os funcionários são poucos e lentos para tanta demanda. Coitado dos idosos!!! Nunca mais....vou procurar outro laboratório. Indignada!!!!
Waited 2:20 pm to deliver urine to make EAS. Employees are few and slow for so much demand. Poor old people!!! Never again....I'm looking for another lab. Indignant!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento super lerdo, sistema muito devagar, aguardei mais de 2hs para chegar na coleta do sangue. Todas as vezes é sempre assim, sistema deve está ultrapassado.
Super slow service, very slow system, I waited more than 2 hours to get to the blood collection. It's always like this, the system must be outdated.

Telefone eles não atendem, fiquei mais de 2h na chamada ouvindo a gravação esperando para ser atendida e não consegui fazer a marcação por desinformação da atendente.
No outro ramal me passaram o whatsapp para fazer a marcação sem precisar ligar, mas eles não respondem! HORRÍVEL!
TERRIBLE!
