Fiz atendimento médico, de Ultrassom e laboratório, gostei de todos! Vilas e região estava precisando de uma Clinica como essa, ótimo atendimento e preços acessíveis a todos.
Very good! I was well attended from the reception of the building, to the medical service, easy to get to, the Clinic is very good! I did medical care, ultrasound and laboratory, I liked everyone! Villages and region needed a clinic like this, great service and affordable prices for everyone.

Fui muito bem atendida por todos os profissionais, local limpo, arejado, fui atendida sem demora. Recomendo a todos.
My experience at the Clinic was very good, care, welcome, reception, I recommend to all. The easily accessible location with free parking in the building itself. I was very well attended by all professionals, clean, airy place, I was attended without delay. Highly recommend to all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência com a clínica foi péssima, a começar pela total falta de respeito do próprio profissional, para com os clientes, reclamamos tanto da espera do sistema único de saúde, porém recorremos ao particular e o descaso continua. Muito indignada pela justificativa dada, segundo a recepcionista, que entrou em contato com o médico genecologista, ele estava desde as 11h preso numa via em Camaçari, travado num suposto engarrafamento, Só que meu marido roda Uber e por incrível que pareca ele falou comigo na mesma hora via whatsapp que tinha vindo de Camaçari e estava tudo tranquilo. Meu horário marcado foi às 14:00h. Cheguei às 13:50h na clinica, inclusive já tinha outras pacientes aguardando o mesmo quando cheguei. Deu 16:00h e ele nada, supostamente preso no engarrafamento mensionado, sendo que a clínica fecha às 17h.
Esperei na esperança de ser atendida, mesmo porque a recepcionista afirmou que ele compareceria. As horas passou fiquei super chateada com a falta de comprometimento do mesmo. Daí questionei as outras pacientes o horário delas, e uma delas me relatou que não era a primeira vez que ele não comparecia, revoltante. Fui embora as 16:28h muito decepcionada e não voltarei. NÃO RECOMENDO.
My experience with the clinic was terrible, starting with the total lack of respect from the professional himself, towards the clients, we complained so much about waiting for the single health system, but we resorted to the private and the neglect continues. Very angry at the reason given, according to the receptionist, who contacted the genecologist, he had been stuck at a traffic jam in Camaçari since 11am, caught in an alleged traffic jam, but my husband runs Uber and amazingly he seemed to talk to me on same time via whatsapp that had come from Camaçari and everything was quiet. My scheduled time was at 14:00. I arrived at 13: 50h in the clinic, even had other patients waiting for the same when I arrived. It gave 16: 00h and he swims, supposedly stuck in the jammed traffic, and the clinic closes at 17h.
I waited in the hope of being answered, even because the receptionist said he would attend. The hours passed I was super upset with the lack of commitment of it. Then I asked the other patients their schedule, and one of them told me that this was not the first time he had not attended, revolting. I left at 4:28 pm very disappointed and will not be returning. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
