★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A estrutura da clínica é ótima. Dr. Victor INCRÍVEL!! Tinha que ser promovido ao melhor fisioterapeuta da clínica, sem dúvidas. Salvou minha vida quando estava com minhas hérnias atacadas, coisa que antes outro profissional não conseguiu resolver direito. Procurem ele, resolve tudo.
A recepcionista Fernanda então, sempre atenciosa, prestativa, se envolve com a dor dos pacientes e tenta de qualquer maneira te ajudar. Coloquem ela pra ser promovida também, ou deem um aumento pros dois.
 The structure of the clinic is great. Dr. Victor AMAZING!! He had to be promoted to the best physical therapist in the clinic, no doubt about it. It saved my life when I had my hernias attacked, something that before another professional couldn't solve properly. Look for him, it solves everything.
The receptionist Fernanda, always attentive, helpful, gets involved with the patients' pain and tries to help you in any way. Get her promoted too, or give them both a raise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar é muito aconchegante, estacionamento seguro, mas o que tem de mais especial lá é o atendimento, desde a recepcionista com atenção, cuidado e simpatia incrível até Dra Cibele com um atendimento diferenciado, com todo cuidado, atenção e disponibilidade de tempo que uma pessoa que chega lá sentindo dor precisa... Gratidão!!
The place is very cozy, secure parking, but what is most special there is the service, from the receptionist with incredible attention, care and sympathy to Dr Cibele with a differentiated service, with all the care, attention and availability of time that a person who gets there feeling pain... ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ São simpáticos, mas a localização é ruim e péssimo para estacionar. Tentam vender outros tratamentos casados nos fazendo acreditar que para melhorar da dor, temos que passar por outros profissionais da casa... Me senti lezado e tive que procurar atendimento em outra clínica no Estação Villas Shopping, lá sim fui bem atendido e foram honestos comigo.
They are friendly, but the location is bad and bad for parking. They try to sell other married treatments, making us believe that to improve the pain, we have to go through other professionals in the house... I felt wronged and had to seek care at another clinic at Estação Villas Shopping, there I was well attended and they were honest with me .

A Fernanda é o primeiro contacto por cel e na recepção, super educada e prestável. O osteopata Thiago Nery é um excelente profissional, atento aos pormenores e com sensibilidade para aplicar as técnicas com eficiência. E o Daniel que faz a equipa e os utentes sentirem-se especiais.

Excellent environment. You can see that they get along well and help each other in their roles with education, cooperation and motivation.
Fernanda is the first contact by cell phone and at the reception, super polite and helpful. Osteopath Thiago Nery is an excellent professional, attentive to details and sensitive to apply techniques efficiently. And Daniel who makes the team and the users feel special.

O atendimento da Cibele é diferenciado... ela ouve com atenção e muita empatia. Atuou com procedimentos assertivos e aliviou sensivelmente a dor que estava sentindo por causa das hérnias na coluna e nervo ciático.
Estou ansiosa para a continuidade do meu tratamento e a busca pela cura, que sinto que é um objetivo alcançável com o suporte da Cibele!
Estava com muita irritabilidade pela dor crônica. Já me sinto muito melhor e mais em paz por estar com a dor controlada sem remédios e estar voltando com minha rotina.

The clinic was very welcoming from the first contact.
Cibele's service is differentiated... she listens carefully and with a lot of empathy. He acted with assertive procedures and significantly relieved the pain he was feeling because of the hernias in the spine and sciatic nerve.
I am looking forward to the continuity of my treatment and the search for a cure, which I feel is an achievable goal with Cibele's support!
I was very irritable from chronic pain. I already feel much better and more at peace for having the pain controlled without medication and getting back to my routine.
