★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clínica bem ambientada, porém perde ao fazer uma grávida esperar quarenta minutos para ser atendida em uma consulta agendada. 40 minutos de atraso com o médico no consultório ultrapassa o limite de respeito ao paciente.
Well-set clinic, but loses when making a pregnant woman wait forty minutes to be seen at a scheduled appointment. 40 minutes late with the doctor in the office exceeds the limit of respect for the patient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clínica excelente, bem localizada e estruturada, mas a falta de respeito com o cliente e bisonha. 1h:10min de atraso. Toda hora a atendente dizia que o médico iria chegar em 10 minutos. E depois perguntou se íamos esperar, pergunta retórica né. Se eu já esperei mais de 1 hora e óbvio que vou esperar mais “ 10 minutos “. Vamos ser mais responsáveis com os clientes.
Excellent clinic, well located and structured, but the lack of respect with the client is flattering. 1h: 10min delay. Every hour the attendant said that the doctor would arrive in 10 minutes. And then asked if we were going to wait, rhetorical question, right. If I have waited more than 1 hour and it is obvious that I will wait another "10 minutes". We will be more responsible with customers.

Acho que por ser plano de saúde não existe mais um tratamento individualizado a fim de atender as expectativas de cada paciente. Não tive oportunidade de justificar minhas dúvidas e logo recebi um pedido de exames padrão. É uma pena ser tratada dessa forma.
There is a lack of individualism in the consultation. The consultation did not last 5 minutes. I think that, as it is a health insurance plan, there is no longer an individualized treatment in order to meet the expectations of each patient. I didn't have the opportunity to justify my doubts and I soon received a request for standard exams. It's a shame to be treated that way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive duas consultas com a pediatra do meu filho , por sinal prima médica , excelente profissional De Francine, maravilhosa recomendo a todos apesar da demora no atendimento, pois a mesma atende no Márcio Cunha e também temos que ser compreensíveis . Agora as recepcionistas desse lugar, acabam com todo o clima, péssima atendentes. Atendimento de péssima qualidade, te atendem por telefone e pessoal com desdem. Funcionária Fernanda , péssima atendente , atendimento dela é precário. Infelizmente pessoas assim fazem com que o local que tem ótimos médicos , percam clientes por atendimentos como os desses profissionalais entre aspas. O local não tem nem pesquisa de satisfação para os donos poderem avaliar seus próprios funcionários.

Unfortunately, people like that make the place that has great doctors lose customers for services such as these professionals in quotes. The place doesn't even have a satisfaction survey so the owners can evaluate their own employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive dificuldade de marcar consulta, quando marquei era as 8 horas da manhã e fui atendida 9:30; inclusive não fui informada sobre o jejum, tive sorte de não ter alimentado. Médico atrasou, esqueceu os cabos do computador e não entregou o laudo do meu exame. Estou a 3 dias esperando, e possuem uma péssima efetividade neste quesito.
I had difficulty making an appointment, when I made an appointment it was at 8 am and I was seen at 9:30 am; I was not even informed about fasting, I was lucky not to have fed. Doctor was late, forgot the computer cables and didn't deliver my exam report. I've been waiting for 3 days, and they have a terrible effectiveness in this regard.
