★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não indico esse periodontista SAMUEL CARVALHO COSTA. Sei que fazer limpeza de tártaro machuca um pouquinho, mas como esse ai nunca vi na minha vida!!! Tomei um susto quando ele começou o procedimento parecia que nunca tinha visto um dente antes... Mandei parar logo de imediato. Foi muito traumatizante não só para mim como também para minha filha que também tinha acabado de ser atendida. Era para ser limpeza nos dentes e não na gengiva e nos lábios. NÃO RECOMENDO!!!!
I do not recommend this periodontist SAMUEL CARVALHO COSTA. I know cleaning tartar hurts a little bit, but I've never seen this one in my life!!! I was startled when he started the procedure it looked like I had never seen a tooth before... I ordered it to stop immediately. It was very traumatizing not only for me but also for my daughter who had just been seen. It was supposed to be cleaning the teeth and not the gums and lips. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz dois exames e não havia um único médico presente na clínica para emitir o laudo. Pediram que voltasse outro dia para buscá-lo.
No dia marcado, antes de ir buscar os exames com o laudo, liguei para confirmar se estava pronto. Disseram que estava.
Cheguei lá e, além de não estar pronto, ainda teria que aguardar três pacientes serem atendidos antes que o médico pudesse fazer o laudo (que deveria ter sido feito no dia do exame). Saí sem o laudo.
Como foi a minha única experiência com a clínica, não sei se foi um caso isolado ou se é algo frequente.
I had two exams and there was not a single doctor present at the clinic to issue the report. They asked him to come back another day to pick him up.
On the scheduled day, before getting the exams with the report, I called to confirm that it was ready. They said it was.
I got there and, besides not being ready, would still have to wait for three patients to be seen before the doctor could make the report (which should have been done on the day of the exam). I left without the report.
As it was my only experience with the clinic, I don't know if it was an isolated case or if it is a frequent one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preciso relatar aqui a minha insatisfação com o Dr. Samuel.
Marquei uma extração de siso através do meu plano e a experiência não poderia ter sido pior. O dentista é aquele típico ''açougueiro'', aplicou uma anestesia e não esperou nem fazer efeito, o tempo inteiro da cirurgia ele se comportava como se tivesse um tempo pré determinado para arrancar meu siso. Sem o mínimo de sensibilidade com o paciente, não explicou o procedimento, e foi extremamente bruto o tempo inteiro. Ele era tão violento, que eu precisei pedir para parar um minuto porque estava sentindo uma dor muito intensa e parecia que estava sem anestesia, foi quando ele furou minha gengiva umas 10 vezes pra colocar anestesia. Quando finalmente o dente saiu, ele simplesmente jogou dentro daquela pia IMUNDA e fedendo a cuspe, e me deu as costas, sentei pra que ele pudesse explicar os cuidados do pós e ele só me deu um atestado e mesmo ele próprio tendo dito que ia ficar um BURACO na minha gengiva, ele deu apenas 2 dias de atestado, resultado: Faltei 8 dias no meu trabalho, pois não tinha condições nenhuma de ir trabalhar daquele jeito. NÃO RECOMENDO O SERVIÇO DE ODONTOLOGIA DA PROVISION POR UM ÚNICO MOTIVO: Dr. Samuel. E vendo as avaliações no google, vejo que outras pessoas passaram pelo mesmo horror que eu passei nas mãos dele. Não recomendo nem se fosse de graça, pior ainda pagando.

I booked a wisdom tooth extraction through my plan and the experience couldn't have been worse. The dentist is that typical '' butcher '', applied an anesthesia and did not wait or take effect, the entire time of the surgery he behaved as if he had a predetermined time to pull out my wisdom tooth. Without a minimum of sensitivity to the patient, he did not explain the procedure, and was extremely crude all the time. He was so violent, that I had to ask to stop for a minute because I was in very intense pain and it felt like I was without anesthesia, that's when he punctured my gums about 10 times to put anesthesia. When the tooth finally came out, he just threw it into that IMMUNE sink and stank of spit, and turned his back on me, I sat down so he could explain the care of the powder and he just gave me a certificate and even though he said he was going to stay a HOLE in my gum, he only gave 2 days of proof, result: I was 8 days off from my job, because I was in no condition to go to work that way. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE PROVISION'S DENTISTRY SERVICE FOR A SINGLE REASON: Dr. Samuel. And seeing the reviews on google, I see that other people went through the same horror that I went through in his hands. I don't recommend it even if it was free, even worse paying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa estrutura e bons profissionais, mas a "dona" (ou a pessoa que se dizia dona) simplesmente se recusou a emitir nota fiscal referente a duas cirurgias feitas lá, nem ao menos recibo quis dar, além de ter sido extremamente grosseira. a Secretaria da Fazenda vai ficar sabendo.
Good structure and good professionals, but the "owner" (or the person who claimed to be the owner) simply refused to issue an invoice for two surgeries performed there, she didn't even want to give a receipt, in addition to being extremely rude. the Department of Finance will find out.

No dia em que eu fui, meu óculos havia quebrado, ele caiu no meio de um semáforo e os carros acabaram passando por cima.
A moça me atendeu super bem, só não gostei muito que não aceitam pagamento com cartão, mas próximo dali tem um supermercado com banco24horas para poder sacar.
Tive que fazer a dilatação, com 3 gotas, o médico que me atendeu foi o Dr. Edison Costa, super legal, me atendeu super bem e por eu ser de fora me recomendou uma ótica muito boa também.
Recomendo.

The lady treated me very well, I just didn't like that they don't accept payment with a card, but nearby there is a supermarket with a 24-hour bank so you can withdraw.
I had to do the dilation, with 3 drops, the doctor who attended me was Dr. Edison Costa, super nice, he treated me very well and because I was from outside he also recommended a very good optician.
