★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambiente agradável, climatizado e fácil localização. Possui senha para atender na recepção. Na chegada existe um atendente somente para informações. Fui bem atendida.
Pleasant atmosphere, air conditioned and easy location. Has password to answer at the reception. Upon arrival there is an attendant for information only. I was well attended.

Service at the reception very fast. What really takes time is to be seen by a doctor. I arrived at 13h, it's already 15h15 and nothing. Come on!

Terrible attendance! It took me only 3 hours for my password to be called and we are still being rushed. I do not recommend.

Poor service, lack of information, and taking too long to do an exam, I spent almost all morning to be attended, horrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrível! Os médicas são extremamente desrespeitosos deixando os clientes na espera por mais de 3h. As pessoas chegam as 7h e eles começam a atender as 10h30. Maldito estrelismo dessa classe que se acha superior a sociedade.
Terrible! The doctors are extremely disrespectful leaving customers waiting for more than 3 hours. People arrive at 7 am and they start to answer at 10:30 am. Damn the stellarism of that class that thinks it is superior to society.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, na recepção é informado que o atendimento é por ordem de chega mais os que chegam por último é atendido primeiro. Peguei senha 65 foi informado seria direcionados pra outra recepção foi dada outra senha 164 , havia 8 pessoas soh na nossa frente na recepção de baixo quando fomos direcionados para outra recepção havia 14, e as pessoas que ficaram na primeira recepção está tudo sendo atendidas primeiro. Então a ordem de chegada não está sendo cumprida. Passamos 3h e 10minutos para ser atendidos
Very bad, at the reception it is informed that the service is on a first come, first serve basis. I got password 65 it was informed it would be directed to another reception another password 164 was given, there were 8 people just in front of us in the reception at the bottom when we were directed to another reception there were 14, and the people who stayed at the first reception are all being attended to first. So the order of arrival is not being fulfilled. We spent 3 hours and 10 minutes to be served

Liguei para saber do horário de funcionamento para que eu pudesse vir do meu trabalho pra fazer exames e a pessoa que ame me atendeu disse que funcionava até as 18:30 e eu simplesmente vim correndo do meu trabalho pra cá e tive que procurar alguém pois estava tudo fechado e simplesmente me disseram que encerrava as 17 hrs e não as 18:30 como a atendente mencionou!!!! Simplesmente p*tá de raiva!!!! E n dei uma estrela porque merecem uma estrela e sim pq n dava de postar sem classificar c pelo menos uma estrela!! E aproveitando o exame demissional e admissional é uma horrível o médico nem olha na tua cara !!!!!
It wasn't the first time I came and unfortunately they lost a customer!!!! I called to find out about the opening hours so that I could come from my work for exams and the person who loves me said it worked until 6:30 pm and I just came running here from my work and had to look for someone because I was everything closed and they simply told me it closed at 17 hrs and not 18:30 as the attendant mentioned!!!! Just p*t mad!!!! And I didn't give a star because they deserve a star and yes because I couldn't post without classifying at least one star!! And taking advantage of the dismissal and admission exam is horrible, the doctor doesn't even look at your face!!!!!
