Isso gerou desagrado e tivemos que cancelar o plano com multa de algumas centenas de reais. Em relação ao plano, também não é vantagem para o cliente (para variar), ao cancelar tem-se que pagar tudo o que foi usado anteriormente, ou seja, o desconto dos procedimentos que usamos tem que ser "reposto". O atendimento ao cliente é muito bom, parabenizo a Clarice e suas colegas, sempre atenderam muito bem. Mas devido ao grande fluxo de pessoas a serem atendidas, quase sempre ficavamos um bom tempo na espera. Além disso, devido novamente ao grande fluxo de atendimentos, alguns dentistas não deram a atenção que julgamos ser necessária, uma inclusive perguntou para minha esposa sobre um aspecto técnico da sua dentição, sendo que a dentista que deveria saber. Parabenizo o Dr. Mateus que nos atendeu na rescisão contratual, super educado (que ponto chegamos, preciso elogiar a educação!?), consciente e com tato, concordou conosco, mas não pode fazer nada para mitigar a multa pois já estaria fora do seu escopo.
