★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É um absurdo! alem de nos deixar uns dez minutos no telefone esperando, ainda por causa do plano de saúde só tem marcação pra Janeiro! Se fosse particular teria horário pra amanhã.

No horário. E o ambiente é agradável.
Ninguém é perfeito. Claro que outras pessoas não devem ter a mesma experiência que eu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Otimo atendimento das recepcionistas, educadas e muito simpáticas, mas em relação ao atendimento da Dra. Isabella de Aguiar Vidigal foi PÉSSIMO, demonstrou que NÃO trabalha por amor a profissão, alem de ser muito mal educada. Mandou paciente limpar o gel realizado na ultrassonografia do abdome com papel que o mesmo estava deitado.
Great service from the receptionists, polite and very friendly, but in relation to the care of Dra. Isabella de Aguiar Vidigal was PAST, showed that she does NOT work for her profession, besides being very rude. She had a patient clean the gel performed on the ultrasound of the abdomen with paper that was lying down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito ruim! Meu marido realizou uma tomografia e recebeu o resultado de imagem apenas em um CD. Alegaram que o médico tem que ter o software para leitura. O médico não tinha e recusou o resultado. Laboratório não ofereceu nenhuma outra opção de entrega das imagens. Lembrando que o exame era de urgência, para realizar uma cirurgia.
Too bad! My husband performed a CT scan and received the image result only on a CD. They claimed that the doctor must have the software for reading. The doctor did not have and refused the result. The laboratory did not offer any other option of delivering the images. Remembering that the exam was urgent, to perform surgery.
