★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento!! Desde a recepção até o atendimento com o meu filho, que não pode entrar acompanhado, e ao sair me falou: mãe, ela foi grossa comigo. Ao retornar na recepção o mínimo que eu esperava era compreensao e um pedido de desculpas, mas não.. Me disse que atendente crianças com frequência e que nunca houve reclamações, afinal a "profissional" está há anos lá, ou seja, me passei de mentirosa ou o meu filho.
Terrible attendance!! From the reception to the service with my son, who cannot come in accompanied, and when he left he told me: Mom, she was rude to me. When I returned to the reception, the least I expected was understanding and an apology, but no... He told me that the child attendant often and that there were never complaints, after all the "professional" has been there for years, that is, I got past liar or my son.

The service is terrible! There is a very rude and moody blonde receptionist lady. Poor service with special children, I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei ontem de manhã para agendar Radiografias Intra Bucais, Tomada Digital, Periapicais, Arcos Dentários. Consegui um horário às 11:15. Fui atendido pela Naiara. Super atenciosa, simpática, explicou como seria feito o exame. Foram 14 radiografias e precisou refazer duas. Aguardei uns 5 a 10 minutos para pegar as radiografias. Preço justo comparado com outras clínicas que liguei.
I called yesterday morning to schedule Intraoral X-rays, Digital Take, Periapical, Dental Arches. I got an appointment at 11:15. I was attended by Naiara. Super attentive, friendly, explained how the exam would be done. There were 14 radiographs and two had to be redone. I waited about 5 to 10 minutes to get the X-rays. Fair price compared to other clinics I called.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento horrível. Local muito pequeno e todo fechado, sem renovação de ar. Se uma única pessoa estiver com covid transmitindo, todo o mundo no local vai pegar o virus. Não tem um aviso "visível suficiente" para tirar a senha antes de ser atendido. Eu não volto mais para essa clínica, mesmo que eu tenha que me deslocar mais longe para outro lugar.
Horrible service. Very small place and all closed, without air renewal. If a single person has covid transmitting, everyone in the place will get the virus. It doesn't have a "visible enough" prompt to take the password out before being served. I don't go back to this clinic anymore, even if I have to travel farther to another place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito bom. Fui bem atendido no agendamento pelo telefone, na recepção e pela pessoa que realizou o procedimento com todos os cuidados com a covid. Apesar de ter vários comentários negativos sobre o atendimento aqui nas avaliações, eu fui e não tenho o que reclamar.
Very good. I was well attended in the appointment by phone, at the reception and by the person who performed the procedure with all the care with covid. Despite having several negative comments about the service here in the reviews, I went and I have nothing to complain about.
