★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui hoje com a minha mãe para fazer o exame para renovação da cnh dela, ela saiu extremamente nervosa da clínica por causa do atendimento do médico, como um cara que não consegue nem levantar da cadeira pode avaliar uma pessoa???? Se nem ele está apto ao trabalho. Fora, tudo isso muito mal educado, sem educação e sem paciência. Médicos como esse não precisa ter.
 Today I went with my mother to take the exam to renew her cnh, she left the clinic extremely nervous because of the doctor's care, how can a guy who can't even get up from his chair evaluate a person???? If neither is he able to work. Outside, all this was very rude, uneducated and unpalatable. Doctors like this don't have to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ao fazer a renovação da CNH no Detran, fui direcionado para esta clínica e, na minha experiência ela faz jus à nota 1,5 atual. Fui bem recebido pelas atendentes da recepção. Já o atendimento médico foi bem pouco profissional. A médica que me atendeu ficou trocando mensagens de áudio no Whatsapp, de assunto pessoal, enquanto eu estava na sala. As orientações dela resumiam-se à uma palavra, por exemplo "cor", em vez de "qual cor você está vendo?". Me disse que meu olho esquerdo está péssimo. E, em tempos de pandemia, não vi nenhum indício de que limpem o equipamento onde você encosta o rosto. Lembrando que o custo da consulta, que não dura 10 minutos, são R$ 96. Não sei se outras clínicas são diferentes, mas saiba o que esperar desta.
When renovating the CNH at Detran, I was directed to this clinic and, in my experience, it lives up to the current grade 1.5. I was well received by the front desk attendants. The medical assistance was very unprofessional. The doctor who attended me was exchanging audio messages on Whatsapp, of a personal matter, while I was in the room. Her guidelines were limited to one word, for example "color", instead of "what color are you seeing?". He told me that my left eye is awful. And in times of a pandemic, I saw no evidence that they clean the equipment where you touch your face. Recalling that the cost of the consultation, which does not last 10 minutes, is R $ 96. I do not know if other clinics are different, but know what to expect from this one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui bem recepcionado pela atendente, que foi simpática, ágil e organizada, mesmo com a clínica cheia. Porém a inicial boa impressão foi sobreposta pelo péssimo atendimento prestado pela médica Maria Ilma, "profissional" que desdenha dos pacientes com sua prepotência e impaciência em orientar e responder algumas dúvidas. Sua voz carece de empatia e transborda arrogância e rispidez.
I was well received by the attendant, who was friendly, agile and organized, even with the clinic full. However, the initial good impression was overlaid by the poor service provided by physician Maria Ilma, a "professional" who disdains patients with their arrogance and impatience in guiding and answering some questions. His voice lacks empathy and oozes arrogance and harshness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui surpreendido com um excelente atendimento do qual não esperava. Isso por que a Pandemia na minha vida foi um "pandemônio" (com perdão da palavra). Desempregado e recebendo carimbo de "Não!" na testa por inúmeros empregadores (mesmo eu bem capacitado), enfim consegui um contrato... e estava desistindo por dificuldade de renovar a CNH em vária tentativas por "on line quebrados". Sabendo que meu estado psicológico já estava sendo afetado, era quase certo minha desistência... Até que as duas recepcionistas da triagem dispuseram de esclarecimentos e já me desapareceu a "Quimera de 7 cabeças". O Dr. Augusto e (outro na sala) me trataram com tanta naturalidade que minha intranquilidade ruiu; a Dra. Mariana, além do profissionalismo, foi minha psicóloga. Saí de lá sentindo-me um CIDADÃO CONQUISTANDO O DIREITO AO TRABALHO...

I was surprised with an excellent service that I didn't expect. That's because the Pandemic in my life was a "pandemonium" (pardon the word). Unemployed and getting a "No!" on my forehead by numerous employers (even I was very capable), I finally got a contract... and I was giving up due to difficulty in renewing my license in several attempts for "broken online". Knowing that my psychological state was already being affected, it was almost certain that I would give up... Until the two receptionists at the triage had some explanations and the "Chimera with 7 heads" disappeared from me. Dr. Augusto and (another in the room) treated me so naturally that my uneasiness collapsed; Dr. Mariana, in addition to her professionalism, was my psychologist. I left there feeling like a CITIZEN CONQUERING THE RIGHT TO WORK...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Confesso que estava receoso em ter de fazer meu exame médico para renovação de CNH aqui, mas fui surpreendido por um atendimento rápido e cortês. De fato, cheguei mais cedo e fui atendido ANTES do horário agendado (meu horário era às 8:40 numa segunda-feira).
Saiba, no entanto, que eles NÃO ACEITAM CARTÕES. Nada grave, já que tem um banco 24h dentro do próprio shopping e é só você ir lá e sacar, ou vir prevenido com cheque/dinheiro. Ainda assim, seria legal se o DETRAN.SP deixasse isso claro no agendamento porque tem gente que chega lá e fica aborrecida por causa disso.
Enfim, leve dinheiro/cheque e seja você também cortês que vai dar tudo certo. ;-)
I confess that I was afraid of having to take my medical examination for my driver's license here, but I was surprised by the prompt and courteous service. In fact, I arrived earlier and was seen BEFORE my scheduled time (my time was 8:40 on a Monday).
Please be aware, however, that they DO NOT ACCEPT CARDS. Nothing serious, as there is a 24-hour bank inside the mall and you just have to go there and cash it out, or come prepared with a check/cash. Still, it would be nice if DETRAN.SP made this clear in the schedule because there are people who get there and get upset about it.
Anyway, bring cash/check and be courteous too, everything will be fine. ;-)

Trying to reschedule exam and phone doesn't even ring. Now I'm in limbo without being able to schedule my medical exam at any other clinic...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo , marcaram horário e data mas , lá chegando o médico não estava, não me avisaram, perdi a tarde, gasolina e R$10,00 de estacionamento, a garota que atende simplesmente alegou que telefonou e ninguém atendeu (?) , precisam ensinar a usar WhatsApp ou e-mail, muito mais certeiro da mensagem chegar . Apesar de haver outros médicos no local argumentaram que só o faltoso podia atender. Devem ser amigos de algum político!
Terrible, they set a time and date, but the doctor wasn't there when they arrived, they didn't tell me, I lost the afternoon, gas and R$10.00 parking, the girl who answers simply claimed that she called and no one answered (?), they need to teach use whatsapp or e-mail, much more certain the message arrives. Despite the fact that there were other doctors in the place, they argued that only the absentee could attend. They must be friends of some politician!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agendaram meu exame as 08:40 e quando cheguei estava fechado pois aderiram o feriado e não avisaram, não mandaram e-mail, não ligaram, sacanagem, perdi meu tempo. Uma outra senhora chegou de Campinas e passou pela mesma situação.
They scheduled my exam at 8:40 am and when I arrived it was closed because they joined the holiday and didn't notify me, they didn't send an email, they didn't call, shit, I wasted my time. Another lady arrived from Campinas and went through the same situation.
