I made a purchase on 02/02 and until today, 02/18, I have not had any position on my order. I tried to contact you to cancel and refund my money via WhatsApp, E-mail, Phone and I didn't get any response. MELISSA'S WORST FRANCHISE, DISREGARD TO CUSTOMERS, FLEE FROM THIS STORE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma compra em 08/01 via site Clube Melissa. Após a compra, entraram em contato informando que não tinham o produto em estoque, e que iriam ressarcir o valor via pix. Quase 1 mês depois, nada do ressarcimento. Esse descaso causa um desgaste desnecessário. Sigo aguardando a devolução do meu dinheiro. Não recomendo!
I made a purchase on 01/08 via the Clube Melissa website. After the purchase, they got in touch informing that they did not have the product in stock, and that they would refund the amount via pix. Almost 1 month later, no refund. This neglect causes unnecessary wear and tear. I'm still waiting for my money to be refunded. I do not recommend!
