Infelizmente, preferi fazer a fisioterapia em outro lugar. Não recomendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As atendentes do balcão não tem um pingo de educação, pedi ajuda pra uma delas , pq minha filha e autista e meu tel tinha descarregado não tinha como solicitar um uber , pedi para usar o telefone fixo, nossa ela nem olhou na minha cara , aí disco duas vezes e me deu o telefone, na terceira vez eu mesma desistir de pedir ajuda! Fui para o rua pedir uma senhora no ponto de ônibus ajuda , por alem da minha filha ser autista ela estava com.fome , porque era bem na hora do almoço, !! Tudo que tive dúvidas a respeito do tratamento da minha filha, elas tiveram mal vontade e mal humor pra responder! Não aconselho ninguém que tenha seus filhos com deficiência a pedir ajuda pra elas ! Além das salas de terapias serem precárias, não tem material direito, as atendentes do balcão são péssimas, péssimas!! Humanidade dela é 0

I went to the street to ask a lady at the bus stop for help, besides my daughter being autistic she was hungry, because it was right at lunchtime !! Everything I had doubts about the treatment of my daughter, they had ill will and bad mood to answer! I do not advise anyone who has their children with disabilities to ask for help from them! In addition to the precarious therapy rooms, there is no right material, the counter attendants are terrible, terrible !! Her humanity is 0

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca eu e minha irmã tivemos uma experiência tão desrespeitosa e antiprofissional como nesse estabelecimento! No dia 05/08/2021, às 18:45, estabeleci contato com a clínica e marquei uma consulta com a psicóloga para ela. A atendente, ao mesmo tempo que conversava comigo no telefone, falava com outra pessoa presencialmente. Relevei. A consulta foi marcada para o dia 11/08/2021, às 13:30. Minha irmã compareceu no local no dia, chegou às 12:27, se dirigiu a recepção e falou que aguardaria (pois tinha chegado muito cedo). A pessoa que estava na recepção pediu para que ela esperasse do lado de fora a hora da consulta. Ela aceitou. Às 13:30 ela entrou novamente no intuito de ser atendida, e foi informada que, na verdade, a consulta tinha sido marcada para às 11:30 (e não às 13:30) e que não poderiam atendê-la. Eu fiquei simplesmente abismada, já que confirmei por mais de duas vezes na ligação do dia 05/08/2021 o horário da consulta.
Minha irmã, que tentou buscar a ajuda de um psicólogo em razão de alguns problemas que tem passado, saiu da Clínica aos prantos e decepcionada. Sem qualquer amparo. Ela tem um filho bebê prematuro, o qual teve que deixar em casa com a vó para que pudesse ir na consulta (se planejou para estar no local). O estabelecimento claramente marcou o horário errado em seus registros (ou me informou o horário errado) e se negou a assumir a responsabilidade pelo erro da recepcionista noturna!
Jamais, jamais, jamais indicaria! Além da minha irmã ter se sentido completamente desamparada e desrespeitada (já que chegou MUITO MAIS CEDO e poderia simplesmente ter sido informada pela recepção que o horário marcado não correspondia), perdeu toda a expectativa que tinha criado para ir ao psicólogo.
Não indico de forma alguma!
Never my sister and I had such a disrespectful and unprofessional experience as in this establishment! On 08/05/2021, at 6:45 pm, I made contact with the clinic and made an appointment with the psychologist for her. The attendant, while talking to me on the phone, was talking to another person in person. Revealed. The consultation was scheduled for 08/11/2021, at 1:30 pm. My sister attended the site that day, arrived at 12:27, went to the reception and said she would wait (as she had arrived very early). The person at the reception asked her to wait outside for the appointment. She accepted. At 13:30 she re-entered in order to be seen, and was informed that, in fact, the appointment had been scheduled for 11:30 (not 13:30) and that they could not attend. I was simply stunned, as I confirmed the appointment time more than twice on the call on 08/05/2021.
My sister, who tried to seek help from a psychologist because of some problems she has been experiencing, left the Clinic in tears and disappointed. Without any protection. She has a premature baby son, which she had to leave at home with her grandmother so that she could go to the appointment (if she planned to be there). The establishment clearly marked the wrong time in their records (or told me the wrong time) and refused to take responsibility for the night receptionist's mistake!
Never, ever, never would! In addition to my sister feeling completely helpless and disrespected (since she arrived MUCH EARLY and could have simply been informed by reception that the appointment did not correspond), she lost all the expectations she had created to go to the psychologist.
I do not indicate at all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei do atendimento não. Parece que o pessoal de lá não gostou de mim. E quando fui remarcar minha fisioterapia com eles, eu mandei o pedido e eles levaram um mes e meio pra me responderem que tinha sido autorizado aí eu liguei pro convênio pra reclamar com eles e eles me disseram que tinham autorizado meu pedido no dia seguinte que foi enviado para eles. Aí falei isso com o pessoal da clínica quando eles me procuraram e eles me disseram que tinham muito serviço na recepção. Aí fica realmente muito difícil avaliar bem a clínica, não eh?
I didn't like the service. Looks like the people there didn't like me. And when I went to reschedule my physiotherapy with them, I sent the request and they took a month and a half to answer me that it had been authorized so I called the insurance company to complain to them and they told me that they had authorized my request the next day it was sent to them. Then I told the staff at the clinic when they looked for me and they told me that they had a lot of service at the reception. Then it is really very difficult to evaluate the clinic well, isn't it?
