★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não compro mais nesta loja. Na segunda vez que comprei duas tintas e uma massa lá, a mulher do balcão prometeu 10% de desconto no valor total. Eles fizeram a NF enquanto eu fui numa padaria lá perto. Quando voltei, ainda perguntei: já está com desconto na nota, a moça disse que sim. Então não conferi e somente duas semanas depois que precisei de mais uma tinta da mesma marca, vi que não deram desconto algum. Pelo telefone, a moça passou o valor de R$ 91,00 o valor total de um galão. Na nota anterior me cobraram R$93,00 e ainda não me deram o desconto. E pelo telefone, a moça ainda disse: "vou te dar um desconto nessa tinta tb". Hoje com o gerente ela simplesmente disse para o gerente quando ele a perguntou sobre o desconto na outra compra "não estou lembrada disso". Não vou ficar nem mais rico e nem mais pobre com o prejuízo de 21 reais da primeira compra, mas pelo menos eles podiam tratar o cliente com honestidade. Pode ter sido até distração do Caixa. O gerente até me deu um desconto maior na outra tinta, mas poderiam tratar o cliente com mais atenção e sem mentiras.
I don't buy more at this store. The second time I bought two paints and a pasta there, the woman at the counter promised a 10% discount on the total price. They did the NF while I went to a bakery nearby. When I came back, I still asked: is it already discounted on the note, the girl said yes. So I didn't check it and only two weeks after I needed another ink from the same brand, I saw that they didn't give any discount. Over the phone, the girl spent R $ 91.00 the total value of a gallon. Tem de tudo para uma reforma, no sentido de pinturas e texturas, para qualquer tipo de ambiente.

Procure, preferencialmente, a Consultora de Vendas Lorrayne Fernanda que você terá, além do ótimo padrão de atendimento, a qualidade da informação "padrão Sr. Osmar", e sugestões que muito contribuirão para solução de suas necessidades.
