★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Revisou meu relógio por R$ 120,00. Mas continuou parando (mesmo com bateria nova). Levei novamente para "retoque" na garantia, e ficou lá por mais de um mês, pois eu ligava e ele falava que ainda iria verificar. Quando fui lá buscar, ele mostrou uma notinha rabiscada escrita "não mechido", para informar que o relógio não parou desde que eu tinha deixado... Expliquei que no pulso com o movimento do braço ele parava. Resultado: 120,00 jogado fora, pois ele nem se deu ao trabalho de fazer uma nova rrevisão do serviço mau feito... E o relógio não funciona, pois quando usa ele fica parando. Não recomendo. Um pequeno detalhe é que esse relógio tem cronógrafo, que também não havia sido consertado, pois ele informou que não era importante. Assim como ocorreu em outro relógio suíço (esse pelo menos está funcionando a hora, apesar do cronógrafo não ser importante para ele e também voltou sem funcionar)... Enfim, sabe fazer o básico, mas não recomendo, apesar do atendimento ser bom.
He revised my watch for R$120.00. But it kept stopping (even with new battery). I took it again for "retouching" under the warranty, and it stayed there for over a month, because I called and he said he would still check. When I went to get there, he showed me a scribbled note written "not moved", to inform me that the watch had not stopped since I had left it... I explained that with the movement of my arm it stopped on my wrist. Result: 120.00 thrown away, because he didn't even bother to do a new review of the bad job... And the clock doesn't work, because when he uses it, it stops. I do not recommend. A small detail is that this watch has a chronograph, which had not been repaired either, as he said it was not important. As happened in another Swiss watch (this one is at least working on time, although the chronograph is not important to him and it also came back without working)... Anyway, he knows how to do the basics, but I don't recommend it, despite the service being good.
