Vcs que estão reclamando, vcs acham que o Dr. Edson, na idade dele e com a experiência que ele tem, isso vai importar alguma coisa?! Passa com ele quem quer, espera quem quer. Ele deve pensar o seguinte. Achou ruim, procura outro. Mas eu acredito, que, quem passar com ele, vai ter um excelente atendimento, e vai resolver o problema.

You guys who are complaining, do you think Dr. Edson, at his age and with the experience he has, will it matter anything ?! Whoever wants to pass with him, whoever wants to wait. He must think the following. Found it bad, look for another one. But I believe that whoever passes with him will have excellent service and will solve the problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima organização e atendimento na recepção. Marcamos uma consulta às 13h e fomos orientadas a chegar antes para retirar uma senha. Só que as senhas são distribuídas a partir de 7:30 pelas atendentes Tamires e Carol e você não sabe a que horas será sua consulta, perde o dia todo para uma consulta. Chegamos às 11h ao consultório e as atendentes nos orientaram a ficar à vontade para sair pois a consulta aconteceria perto de 15h. A consulta aconteceu somente às 18h e tivemos de aguardar em uma sala de espera quente, sem sistema de refrigeração funcionando ou sequer UM ventilador barato, além de vários mosquitos pelo calor extremo. Ao pedir para ligarem ao menos um dos aparelhos de ar condicionado, disseram que não tinham pilha para o controle e sugeriram que esperássemos do lado de fora do consultório. Enfim, um desrespeito e uma desorganização total no atendimento.
Poor organization and service at the reception. We made an appointment at 1pm and were told to arrive early to retrieve a password. Only the passwords are distributed from 7:30 am by the attendants Tamires and Carol and you do not know what time your appointment will be, you lose all day for an appointment. We arrived at 11 am to the office and the attendants instructed us to feel free to leave because the appointment would take place around 3 pm. The consultation took place only at 6 pm and we had to wait in a hot waiting room, with no cooling system working or even ONE cheap fan, in addition to several mosquitoes due to the extreme heat. When asked to turn on at least one of the air conditioners, they said they had no battery for the control and suggested that we wait outside the office. In short, disrespect and total disorganization in service.
