★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de organização! A gente liga marcando uma consulta, sai de outra cidade para realizar o procedimento marcado e quando chega informam que o médico não vai poder atender. Fora que das outras vezes que o médico atende, a gente marca um horário e as recepcionistas dizem que é outro e você espera horrores.
 Lack of organization! We call by making an appointment, leave another city to perform the scheduled procedure and when they arrive they inform that the doctor will not be able to attend. Apart from the other times the doctor attends, we make an appointment and the receptionists say it is another and you expect horrors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei uma consulta nessa clínica (como forma de pagamento através do meu plano de saúde) e ao chegar fui informado que nao seria mais atendimento, pois o recepcionista disse que havia 5 pessoas ainda para ser atendidas pelo médico.
Quando falei que iria pagar em dinheiro, o recepcionista pegou meu documento e me encaixou em uma consulta no exato momento.
Entretanto quando cheguei enfrente porta do consultório, so havia um senhor idoso com a sua familia (apenas esse idoso foi atendido). E não havia as 5 pessoas como fui informado.
Credibilidade zero.
I made an appointment at this clinic (as a form of payment through my health plan) and upon arrival I was informed that there would be no further assistance, as the receptionist said that there were 5 people yet to be seen by the doctor.
When I said I was going to pay in cash, the receptionist took my document and hooked me up to an appointment at the exact same time.
However, when I arrived in front of the office, there was only one elderly man with his family (only this elderly person was attended). And there weren't the 5 people as I was informed.
Zero credibility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muita demora no atendimento médico, estou acompanhando minha mulher em uma consulta de pré-natal, chegamos as 09:00 a Consulta estava marcada às 10:00 e até o momento (14:04) não fomos atendidos.
Long delay in medical care, I am accompanying my wife to a prenatal consultation, we arrived at 9:00 am, the consultation was scheduled at 10:00 am and so far (2:04 pm) we have not been attended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa clínica não tem compromisso com seus pacientes,Marquei uma consulta com a dermatologista de lá a mesma, passou vários exames os exames foram feitos, agora o retorno pra entregar os exames pra médica está difícil a médica só remarcando a consulta. Fora o atendimento péssimo da clínica não hora seus compromissos com seus pacientes , vergonha essa clínica aqui em Parauapebas.

Digiri 35 km para vir consultar a minha filha e quando cheguei simplesmente ela não iria ser consultada, pois, o médico avisou no DIA ANTERIOR que não poderia comparecer e o Isep não teve a responsabilidade de me comunicar, pois de acordo com eles, durante a manhã inteira, não deu tempo. Agora vou dirigir mais 35 km de volta sem ter consultado a minha filha. Já havia escutado sobre falhas do tipo do Instituto.

I drove 35 km to come and see my daughter and when I arrived, she simply wouldn't be consulted, because the doctor warned me on the PREVIOUS DAY that he couldn't attend and Isep did not have the responsibility to inform me, because according to them, during the whole morning, there was no time. Now I'm going to drive another 35 km back without having consulted my daughter. I'd heard about Institute-type failures before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento do oftalmologista foi ótimo. Mas na área da recepção e atendimento não houve qq cumprimento do protocolo sanitário da pandemia. As cadeiras da espera não tinham espaçamento adequado (cadeiras com uso proibido para criar distanciamento). Pessoas sem máscara entre os próprios funcionários do atendimento. Muita gente aglomerada, o que causa insegurança para todos usuários. Inconcebível pra um local de atendimento de saúde.
The ophthalmologist's service was great. But in the reception and service area, there was no compliance with the pandemic health protocol. Waiting chairs were not properly spaced (chairs prohibited to create distance). Unmasked people among the service employees themselves. A lot of people gathered, which causes insecurity for all users. Inconceivable for a health care facility.
