A recepção foi agradável, me atenderam super bem , até ser consultada pela Dra Jaquenisia, que passou uma medicação que saiu do mercado , que não existe mais.
Passando um medicamento desse para um idoso de 83 anos foi muito desumano, além de esperar muito para ser atendida . Só foi uma perda de tempo ir ao consultório dela. Ligo para clínica , e me mandaram falar diretamente com ela . Como disse antes as pessoas da recepção são ótimas, para completar a desumanidade da doutora, ela me bloqueia sem nenhum motivo , e nem interesse de dar um bem estar para seu paciente.
Infelizmente isso aconteceu, e espero que essa doutora se atualize melhor para não fazer novamente com os de mais.
Unfortunately to comment I need to put a star because for me it would be nothing.
The reception was pleasant, they treated me very well, until I was consulted by Dr Jaquenisia, who gave me a medication that came off the market, which no longer exists.
Passing a medicine like that to an 83 year old was very inhumane, besides waiting a long time to be seen. It was just a waste of time going to her office. I call the clinic, and they send me to speak to her directly. As I said before, the people at the reception are great, to complete the inhumanity of the doctor, she blocks me for no reason, and no interest in giving well-being to her patient.
Unfortunately that happened, and I hope that this doctor is better updated so that she doesn't do it again with the others.
