★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma ótima experiência, fui internada por 3 vezes por problemas psiquiátrico e fui muito bem atendida. As enfermeiras muito atenciosas e Dr. Gustavo é um ótimo psiquiatra, muito atencioso e sempre tentando nos colocar pra cima. Se tiver que me internar de novo e para aí que vou.
Creio em Deus que não vou precisar???
 A great experience, I was hospitalized 3 times for psychiatric problems and was very well attended. The very attentive nurses and Dr. Gustavo is a great psychiatrist, very attentive and always trying to get us up. If I have to check in again and that's where I'm going.
I believe in God that I will not need???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrível. Só médicos sem nenhuma ética . O ultimo que me atendeu, já havia passado um remédio que quase me matou. Ontem fui só para solicitar umas receitas,mas o cretino não quis me ouvir. Pedi por dez vezes com carinho para q ele me ouvisse, sem êxito. O negócio deles é nem olhar para a cara do paciente, mas já ir receitando remédios e sem ao menos fazer qq diagnóstico. Me ofendeu dizendo que eu tinha que ser internada. ( Meu caso e ansiedade) nada mais. Receitou uma tal injeção ( nunca vi isso na minha vida). A qual, obviamente não tomei. Depois de tantos absurdos, falta de tudo e afrontas, ( também se negou a me passar o Rivotril). Voltei ao consultório dele, pedi licença e desculpas aos pacientes que estavam lá, e falei o que ele precisava ouvir. Me arrependo de nan ter filmado tudo o que ele fez comigo. Não recomendo. Médicos incapazes, incompetentes, sem amor ao paciente e totalmente despreparados. Só querem revebre a grana no final do mes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível! Levei minha esposa para ser atendida pelo psiquiatra Marcelo Alves q consulta pavorosa. Minha esposa ficou aguardando todo tempo do lado de fira com.crise de pânico e ao entrar na sala se manteve em.pé ele mandou ela sentar mas ela fixou em pé. Pior é q esse medico não da atenção a paciente, fica rindo e zombando. Ele sequer ouve o q ela fala ou tentou falar. Não vão a esse lugar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrorosa. Não sei antes, agora péssima. Nunca vi tratr dependencia de nicotina deixando o paciente c liberdade p fumar a vontade. Eles até pedem p levar. E olha q não é de graça plano de saúde para meu filho ser tratado. Péssima localização. Meu filho por não ter ocupação, procura paliativos em cigarro. Sei q existe , casos e casos. A equipe diz q é liberado p fumar 12 cigarros ao dia. Isso é um absurdo. Têm q desintoxicar e não intoxicar mais ainda. Já falei ele em tirar ele de lá l,pois pessimo atendimento. Alguns profissionais desqualificados. A gente não consegue falar com a direção, só jogam o pepino p a assistente Social. O próprio psiquiatra fala q não existe mefucacao p desintoxicando o paciente. Um absurdo. Isso tem q fechar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu precisei me internar e fui bem recepcionada pela equipe de enfermagem e médicos. As 5 estrelas vão para quase todos os profissionais que conheci lá,pois foram muito receptivos comigo. A estrutura falta a desejar nos quartos e outros ambientes. Muitos mosquitos que saí alérgica de lá.
