★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local limpo e arejado , porém chegamos cedo no horário marcado e tivemos que esperar o atendimento de vários homens que estavam fazendo avaliação por uma empresa , falta de respeito com quem paga pra ter um atendimento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta mais proatividade da equipe na distribuição das pessoas que vão fazer exames por empresas e exames particulares, eles se atrapalham muito e os clientes de empresas ou particulares sofrem com essa falta de produtividade.

Não indico a ninguém, é um descaso com cliente/paciente. Em plena pandemia só para me poder pegar o resultados dos exames laboratoriais me colocaram em uma sala de 10m2 no 4 andar com mais de 100 pessoas, uma por cima das outras um absurdo, desumano! Estarei enviando as fotos para a ANS averiguar os fatos e tomar medidas cabíveis

I don't tell anyone, it's a disregard for client / patient. In the middle of a pandemic just to get the results of the laboratory tests, they put me in a 10m2 room on the 4th floor with more than 100 people, one on top of the others, absurd, inhumane! I will be sending the photos to ANS to verify the facts and take appropriate measures

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento até funciona, mas o paciente em exame ocupacional precisa transitar pela rua entra as unidades de emergência, ortopedia e hospital.
Sem contar que a clinica abre às 6h e as coletas de sangue só iniciam às 8h.
Falta sensibilidade e humanismo por parte da Santa Helena.
The service even works, but the patient undergoing an occupational examination needs to walk down the street between the emergency units, orthopedics and hospital.
Not to mention that the clinic opens at 6am and blood collections only start at 8am.
Saint Helena lacks sensitivity and humanism.
