★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, não respeitam a fila de prioridade e deixaram minha mãe de 78 anos esperando 2 horas, parece até que restou pedindo favor!!!! Perderam uma cliente, com certeza eu nunca irei recomendar para ninguém.
Terrible service, they do not respect the priority queue and left my 78 year old mother waiting 2 hours, it seems like she was left asking for a favor!!!! They lost a client, I'll definitely never recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, em três atendimentos em que acompanhei minha mãe de 80 anos, houve atraso no atendimento em aproximadamente duas horas. Ao reclamar da demora, a resposta veio em tom de deboche "você tem que esperar Sr."
Além do mais se esqivam da emissão da Nota Fiscal (nunca tem gente pra emitir)
Terrible service, in three visits in which I accompanied my 80-year-old mother, there was a delay in care of approximately two hours. When complaining about the delay, the answer came in a mocking tone "you have to wait Mr."
Furthermore, they avoid issuing the Invoice (there are never people to issue it)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As meninas na recepção atendem até bem, porém a chamada aos profissionais é que demora muito! Eu particularmente só tenho a questionar a avaliação ruim pela demora dos médicos ate derem ( não generalizados a todos, mas a alguns). Precisam melhorar nessa questão.
The girls at the reception are very good, but the call to the professionals takes a long time! Personally, I just have to question the poor evaluation due to the delay by the doctors to give it (not generalized to all, but to some). They need to improve on this issue.

They reschedule appointments without informing the patient, show no interest in rescheduling. Like any clinic in Camaçari, bad service. It will always be better to go to Salvador

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou fazendo acompanhamento com o obstetra e estou gostando muito do atendimento, fiz minhas ultrassons também pela clinica e gostei muito . Sobre a demora do atendimento, pra mim foi o tempo acessível, atraso pouco, como em outras clínicas que já fui.
