★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se eu contar ninguém vai acreditar, mas a consulta com o psiquiatra durou 3 minutos kkkkkkkk TRÊS MINUTOS!!! E o médico passa receita eletrônica mesmo sem ter assinatura eletrônica certificada.
 If I tell you, no one will believe it, but the consultation with the psychiatrist lasted 3 minutes hahaha THREE MINUTES!!! And the doctor issues an electronic prescription even without having a certified electronic signature.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui muito mal atendida pelo neurologista da clínica. Não tive tempo de explicar o problema. Demonstrou não ter conhecimento sobre transtornos de aprendizagem, com falas extremamente presas ao senso comum. Não tive coragem de expor meus pensamentos e conhecimento, mas sai do consultório constrangida e revoltada.
I was treated very poorly by the neurologist at the clinic. I didn't have time to explain the problem. He demonstrated that he had no knowledge about learning disorders, with speeches extremely stuck to common sense. I didn't have the courage to expose my thoughts and knowledge, but I left the office embarrassed and angry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de atenção das atendentes na hora do agendamento da consulta, falta orientação, treinamento e comprometimento com o paciente.
Duas vezes aconteceu de chegar na clínica e não ser atendido pelo médico por erro no agendamento. Lamentável.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento horrível!!! Minha sobrinha passou com o psiquiatra Leandro, foi a primeira consulta dela com ele e não durou nem 5 minutos. Se o diagnóstico não é laboratorial, é clinico, análise, conversa, conhecer o paciente, como pode ele conhecer uma pessoa, o que ela sente, o que se passa com ela em 5 minutos e já dar uma avaliação? Ou ele lê mentes, ou é o melhor médico do mundo, ou é descaso mesmo. Não tem como se sentir segura com um médico desses.
Horrible service!!! My niece went to the psychiatrist Leandro, it was her first appointment with him and it didn't even last 5 minutes. If the diagnosis is not laboratory, it is clinical, analysis, conversation, knowing the patient, how can he know a person, what he feels, what happens to him in 5 minutes and already give an evaluation? Either he reads minds, or he's the best doctor in the world, or he's just plain careless. There's no way to feel safe with a doctor like that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência PÉSSIMA a casa atendimento!! Os profissionais da saúde ( psicólogos) são otimos!! As recepcionistas? Lentas, morosas, fazem descaso...se sabem o procedimento de atendimento só justifica a morosidade quando é primeira vez. Recepção sempre super lotada! Só permaneço pela profissional que me atende e porque o convênio cobre a clínica. Uma recomendação: trocar as pessoas da recepção por gente treinada , capacitada e que tenha boa vontade.
TERRIBLE experience at home service!! Health professionals (psychologists) are great!! The receptionists? Slow, time consuming, they are negligent... if they know the treatment procedure only justifies the delay when it is the first time. Reception always super crowded! I only stay for the professional who attends me and because the insurance covers the clinic. A recommendation: replace the people at the reception with trained, capable and willing people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar péssimo, eu já não gostei da aparência do lugar, recepção bagunçada sem sistema não conseguiam fazer meu cadastro, fiquei uma hora esperando para se atendida sendo que pessoas que chegaram depois passaram na frente
O psiquiatra (dr Leandro) que me atendeu nem olhou para minha cara não falava direito, falava baixo nem me deu atenção quando falei o que eu tinha, acho que ele que precisava de atendimento psiquiátrico mais depressivo que eu .
Conclusão não me ajudou só perdi tempo, não volto nunca mais.

The psychiatrist (Dr Leandro) who saw me didn't even look at my face, he didn't speak properly, he spoke softly, he didn't even pay attention when I said what I had, I think he needed psychiatric care more depressed than I did.
Conclusion didn't help me, I just lost time, I'll never come back.

Mas o problema é o doutor psiquiatra Leandro, ele mesmo parecendo ser gente boa, não conhece o paciente
Na primeira consulta fiquei 4 minutos e ainda insisti... Achei que seria por estar lotado. Mas não, fui em uma vez que não tinha ninguém, e fiquei contado 1 MINUTO dentro do consultório.
Isso é descaso. Não tem como um tratamento psiquiátrico com ajuste de medicação vc só renovar a receita
Ele não perguntou nem como eu passei esses 2 meses sem consulta
