★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento! Ligando na central 38013600 só é possível fazer agendamento, não há como obter outras informações. Pedi o telefone pra falar direto na unidade do Cariru e me passaram dois números: 38013541 e final 38013542 que é da Castro Diesel. Vi aqui no Google que esse mesmo problema já ocorreu há meses atrás e pelo visto nada foi feito. Uma providência SIMPLES evitaria esses transtornos para os clientes!
 Terrible attendance! Calling the central 38013600 is only possible to schedule, there is no way to get other information. I asked for the phone to speak directly at the Cariru unit and they gave me two numbers: 38013541 and final 38013542 which is from Castro Diesel. I saw here on Google that this same problem already occurred months ago and apparently nothing was done. A SIMPLE action would avoid these inconveniences for customers!

Mas,na prática foi bem diferente, sentir que não fui bem acolhida pelo profissional, parece nos enxergarem mais como números, a empatia com o humano passa longe. Um descaso total, como se estivesse ali um lixo, um nada parece até que é de graça.Sem contar que na hora do procedimento não temos voz, não deixam a gente perguntar e raramente nos dizem alguma coisa.Para obter um resultado de ultrassom morfológico, apesar de morar distante, em outra cidade, ja estou voltando pela quarta vez. Depois de tudo isso, eu não indicaria. Meus filhos podem ser números para vocês, mas para mim eles são tudo.
I had good recommendations especially in relation to the doctor I was seen by. But in practice it was quite different, feeling that I was not welcomed by the professional, they seem to see us more as numbers, empathy with the human is far away. A total disregard, as if there was garbage there, nothing even seems to be free. Not to mention that at the time of the procedure we don't have a voice, they don't let us ask and rarely say anything to us. To obtain a morphological ultrasound result , despite living far away, in another city, I'm already coming back for the fourth time. After all that, I wouldn't indicate. My children may be numbers for you, but for me they are everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento e péssimo, minha mae idosa de 75 anos , com exame agendado para 9:45 da manha , foi atendida as 11:10, o profissional ja estava atendimento, mas todas as pessoas que chegava depois era atendida antes dele, inclusive teve uma paciente jovem que o exame estava agendado para mais tarde, foi atendida antes dela. Isso e uma grande falta de respeito com as pessoas, principalmente ela que e idosa , deixo aqui minha indignação, estou totalmente infastisfeita com a organização desta unidade. Ah esqueci de mencionar aqui, e a unidade do Cariru em Ipatinga mg.
The service is terrible, my 75-year-old mother, with an exam scheduled for 9:45 in the morning, was seen at 11:10 am, the professional was already attending, but everyone who arrived later was seen before him, she even had a Young patient who was scheduled for later examination was seen before her. This and a great lack of respect for people, especially her who are elderly, I leave here my indignation, I am totally disgusted with the organization of this unit. Ah forgot to mention here, and the Cariru unit in Ipatinga mg.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimo atendimento nada a reclamar super recomendo a clínica do cariru agora a do centro de Ipatinga infelizmente deixou a desejar no exame é no profissional se quer teve a decência de olhar meu último ultrassom visto que tinha realizado o ultasom no cariru é gostei acabei marcando para realizar o próximo ultrassom no centro por ser mais perto arrependido que fala né bem isso meu ulta que foi no centro veio vago faltando data provável parto tamanho do meu bebê a faltou educação do profissional também agora é esperar a próxima consulta para pedir outro ultrassom.
Great service nothing to complain I highly recommend the cariru clinic now the one in the center of Ipatinga unfortunately left something to be desired in the exam and in the professional if you had the decency to look at my last ultrasound since I had performed the ultrasound in cariru and I liked it I ended up making an appointment to perform the next ultrasound in the center because it is closer sorry that says ok that my last which was in the center came vacant missing probable date of delivery the size of my baby lacked professional education also now it's time to wait for the next appointment to ask for another ultrasound.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento,me desloquei de outra cidade,exame estava marcado para 8:30 eu esperei 1 hora pra ser atendida quando cheguei na sala o médico não realizou meu ultrassom disse que teria que remarcar,fora a ignorância dele aí conversar trata o paciente como um lixo,com ar de superior...não recomendo nem a um inimigo a unidade do cariru
Não chega nem perto do excelente atendimento da unidade do centro de Ipatinga...e tem mais todas as pessoas que chegaram depois de mim foram atendidas antes
Terrible service, I moved from another city, the exam was scheduled for 8:30 am I waited 1 hour to be seen when I arrived in the room the doctor did not perform my ultrasound he said he would have to reschedule, apart from his ignorance then talking treats the patient as a rubbish, with an air of superior... I don't even recommend the cariru unit to an enemy
It's not even close to the excellent service of the unit in the center of Ipatinga... and there's more, all the people who arrived after me were attended to before

Laudos saem com 2 dias úteis. A do Cariru faz Ressonância Magnética e Ultrassonografia. Não faz rx.
I was very well taken care of.
Reports come out with 2 business days. Cariru's does MRI and Ultrasound. Don't rx.
