★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou , insatisfeita , pois , vc paga 195$ para , realizar um exame , esperando que será resolvido , pelo valor , abuso , abusivo pq ? a atendente na recepção , ti apresenta um termo de que pode ser que por causa da consistência do material colhido , pode ser que não dê certo , e tenha que repetir , sendo que já fiz esse exame duas vezes sem ter que assinar nenhum termo de responsabilidade , pois o exame foi realizado com sucesso , pelo SUS . Aí depois que vc assina é que fica pensando , meu Deus , pq assinei , quando realizado o acolhimento do material , o médico entrega em sua mão e diz: e tal lugar vc paga60 $ para eles ti dar o resultado da biópsia , e a recepcionista , diz que não , que é para levar para o departamento de saúde , então vc faz pois quer resolver seu problema , sendo que o departamento estaria fechado , então o médico , pediu para colocar na geladeira que não teria problema , só quero ver no que vai dar isso ..... estou me sentindo lesada....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento da recepção e do exame de mamografia deixam muito a desejar.
Durante muito tempo fui cliente da Radiocenter.
Fiz exames com o Dr. Jeferson e com o Dr. Marcelo Filard, profissionais altamente competentes e que atendem com profissionalismo.
De um tempo para cá o atendimento na recepção deteriorou-se. Pessoas sem preparo e educação me fizeram mudar de estabelecimento, embora prezando muito os profissionais acima citados.
Minha esposa e minha filha continuaram até hoje. Não mais além de hoje.
Pois, a falta de respeito continua, não adianta marcar um primeiro horário porque a recepcionista e a pessoa que faz a Mamografia atendem na sequência que lhes interessa, certamente favorecendo a pessoas de suas relações ou simpatia.
Para evitar a repetição do ocorrido na vez anterior em que minha esposa fez o exame de mamografia na Radiocenter, ela telefonou hoje para confirmar o exame e o horário agendado para amanhã, dia 17/10/2019, com a funcionária Milena, primeiro horário, 08:00 hr..
Tendo sido atendida no telefone pela técnica, se é que ela é isso, que faz os exames ela informou outro horário, diferente do que havia sido marcado.
Disse, ainda, grosseiramente que ela é que marca os horários da mamografia e não a Millena..
O comportamento da moça que faz o exames, cujo nome não foi informado, e prevendo que o mal atendimento se repetiria amanhã, fez com que minha esposa cancelasse o atendimento e providenciasse o agendamento em outro estabelecimento.
Eu acho que o Dr. Jeferson deve cuidar de melhorar o perfil do seu pessoal da recepção da Radiocenter e, principalmente, da empregada que faz os exames de momografica.
O pessoal da Radiocenter abusa da passividade dos pacientes que muitas vezes procuram os atendimentos em um condição de fragilidade.

I took exams with Dr. Jeferson and Dr. Marcelo Filard, highly competent professionals who attend with professionalism.
For a while now the reception service has deteriorated. Unprepared and educated people made me change my establishment, although I highly value the professionals mentioned above.
My wife and daughter have continued to this day. No more than today.
For, the lack of respect continues, it is no use to set a first time because the receptionist and the person who does the mammography serve in the sequence that interests them, certainly favoring people of their relationships or sympathy.
To avoid repeating what happened the previous time my wife had a mammogram exam at Radiocenter, she called today to confirm the exam and the scheduled time for tomorrow, 10/17/2019, with employee Milena, first time, 08:00 hr ..
Having been answered on the phone by the technician, if that is what she is doing, she gave her another time, other than what had been scheduled.
Roughly said that she is the one who schedules the mammogram and not Millena ..

I think Dr. Jeferson should take care of improving the profile of his Radiocenter reception staff and, especially, the maid who does the mammography exams.
