★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, cheguei às 14:30 e já são 17:20 ainda não fui atendida. E achando pouco ainda coloca representante na frente de quem já está a quase 3hs de espera pense numa falta de respeito! Não recomendo para ninguém.
Terrible, I arrived at 2:30 pm and it is already 5:20 pm I still haven't been answered. And finding little even puts a representative in front of those who are already almost 3 hours of waiting, think of a lack of respect! I don't recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os medicos e outros profissionais de saúde, apesar de credenciados á UNIMED, só atendem a primeira consulta se pagar em espécie, valores de 100,00 a 350 00.
Outro infortunio e q a fonoauudióloga EXIGIA ficar sozinha na sessão com minha bebê de 4 aninhos. Sem lógica.
Doctors and other health professionals, although accredited to UNIMED, only attend the first consultation if you pay in cash, values from 100.00 to 350 00.
Another misfortune is that the speech therapist REQUIRED to be alone in the session with my 4 year old baby. Illogical.

Super atenciosa, cuidadosa, tem um jeito lindo de tratar a criança, realmente tem o Dom e muito Amor a profissão. O consultório da Dra é lindo, minha filha amou e eu fiquei muito feliz pelo atendimento tão especial que minha filha teve. Tirei todas as minhas dúvidas, minha filha com certeza vai continuar com essa pediatra super carinhosa e que conquistou meu coração e da minha pequena. Deus abençoe sua vida Dra.
I loved the clinic and the service. Today I took my daughter to Dr. Luana. Wonderful pediatrician! Super attentive, careful, she has a beautiful way of treating the child, she really has the gift and a lot of love for the profession. The doctor's office is beautiful, my daughter loved it and I was very happy for the special care my daughter had. I took all my doubts, my daughter will certainly continue with this super affectionate pediatrician who won my heart and that of my little one. God bless your life Dr.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento do fonoaudiólogo que disse que os atendimentos dele são junto com as demais crianças. cada criança é um caso e estamos em meio de uma pandemia para ser tratado dessa forma, acho isso desrespeitoso e demonstra não está preocupado com a situação atual que estamos vivendo. Pra piorar ainda vem querer interferir na minha amamentação com meu filho, dizendo que eu tenho que parar de amamentar. Fono tem esse direito ? Meu Sr ocupe seu lugar e aprenda a respeitar os pacientes que chegam até você, tenha mais empatia. Isso não diz respeito a fonoaudiólogo nenhum. o papel dele de fono, ele não fez na 1a consulta, se quer olhou para o meu filho. Saí decepcionada e espero passar bem longe desse tipo de pessoa.
