★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tinha marcado uma consulta para as 10h da manhã de sexta feira, chegando no local a recepcionista me informou que não tinha nenhuma consulta agendada... Mostrei pra ela no WhatsApp que eu tinha realmente havia marcado a consulta e perguntei se daria para me atender... Ela disse que sim! Tomei um chá de espera terrível, quando vejo a movimentação, não achavam minha documentação, liga pra um, liga pra outro e nada de achar... Nisso aí, chegou outra paciente e elas colocaram na minha frente, já era 11h da manhã, quando acharam minha documentação, logo em seguida eu fui obrigada a desistir já era 11:10 e nada de eu ser atendida... Clínica super desorganizado, é grande falta de respeito com a paciente. NÃO INDICO A NINGUÉM!
I had made an appointment for 10 am on Friday morning, arriving at the place the receptionist informed me that I had no appointment scheduled ... I showed her on WhatsApp that I had really made the appointment and asked if she could give me an appointment. .. She said yes! I had a terrible tea waiting, when I see the movement, they did not find my documentation, call one, call the other and nothing to find ... That was when another patient arrived and they put it in front of me, it was already 11 am, when they found my documentation, right after I was forced to give up it was already 11:10 am and nothing to be attended to ... Super disorganized clinic, there is a great lack of respect with the patient. I DO NOT INDICATE ANYONE!
