★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é bom, porém é assustador em meio a uma pandemia VIRAL uma recepcionista ficar tossindo sem máscara atendendo todo mundo. É um absurdo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu irmão, já idoso, foi realizar um exame de urina na clínica, ao chegar na recepção avisaram que o coletor era inadequado - sendo que é o coletor universal -, mandaram outro coletor e falaram para ele retornar segunda feira, não deram nenhuma orientação quanto a isso quando ele foi fazer o raio x da próstata, ele perdeu um dia de trabalho em vão, não recomendo a clínica, fazem descaso dos pacientes, a recepção tem um atendimento péssimo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os profissionais médicos e auxiliares são excelentes,porem a recepção são de uma desorganização total, os pacientes ficam muito tempo esperando,quando vc liga te passa um valor quando chega e outro.
So indicaria a uma pessoa ,por conta dos médicos mesmo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ São desorganizados, não cumprem o que prometem. A equipe do atendimento é péssima. Falam uma coisa e fazem outra. Não dão atenção ao que o cliente fala e de certa forma, tratam o cliente como mentiroso.
Dou duas estrelas graças ao atendimento da dra. Liv Ane.
They are disorganized, they do not deliver what they promise. The service team is terrible. They say one thing and do another. They do not pay attention to what the customer says and in a way, treat the customer as a liar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por mim não daria , qualquer estrela,a clínica não tem organizado alguma, foi marcado para colocar o MAPA em um paciente as 08;00 ,chegando lá esperamos uns 25minuitos , quando fomos avisando que não tinha o equipamento disponível, que treinamos que espera um paciente que retornaria para devolver o equipamento 09;00 hs,o paciente que iria colocar o equipamento fez a troca no trabalho , perdeu tempo , e não conseguimos colocar porque 09:10 a pessoa não tinha chegando com equipamentos.
Sou obrigada a procurar outra clínica que fazer esse serviço, já que a empresa não tem equipamento suficiente para da suporte ao cliente, que solicita esse exame.
Não realizarei qualquer exame nessa clínica mais .

I am obliged to look for another clinic to do this service, since the company does not have enough equipment to provide customer support, which requests this exam.
I won't be doing any exams at that clinic anymore.

Dou 5 estrelas pelos médicos,São todos excelentes e atenciosos,Mais infelizmente a recepção da clínica é péssima.. Já tive vários problemas!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na entrada da Clínica ha uma placa com os Valores que ela diz seguir. Um deles fala sobre Compromisso com o paciente. Deveriam acrescentar a palavra FALTA de compromisso. A espera é de duas horas para mais nessa clinica. Da mesma forma que ha prazo nas filas dos bancos, deveria existir multa para clínicas e hospitais particulares que nos fazem esperar tanto.
