★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se você precisa muito de uma ginecologista, eu não indico essa clínica. Os profissionais são excelentes mas a demora na marcação de consulta é ABSURDA!! E a remarcação se houver algum imprevisto nem se fala... Então minha amiga, se você estiver com alguma inflamação ou algum outro caso que não dê para esperar muito, vc está ferrada.
If you really need a gynecologist, I don't recommend this clinic. The professionals are excellent but the delay in making an appointment is ABSURD !! And the rescheduling if there is any unforeseen or not mentioned ... So my friend, if you have some inflammation or some other case that you cannot wait too long, you are screwed.

Deveriam pensar muito bem em quem vocês contratam, porque isso só acaba com a imagem da empresa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agendei uma consulta, cheguei no horário marcado, mas pra minha surpresa haviam 8 pessoas para serem atendidas na minha frente, mas em momento slgum fui avisado sobre ordem de chegada (tenho a conversa salva no Whatsapp) e para piorar o médico não chegou no horário. A solução que me ofereceram foi remarcar

Fui acompanhar a minha mãe em uma consulta e pretendo nunca mais deixá-la ir nesse local.
Esse homem parece coordenar as meninas da recepção e chamar os pacientes, mas ele é quem bagunça tudo e só fica mexendo no seu celular.
Em plena pandemia, a clínica fica cheia, dizem ser por horário marcado mas não é. Ele prioriza os atendimentos quando há uma reclamação e isso fica nítido para todos nós que estamos ali aguardando. Ou seja, quem reclama consegue entrar na frente dos outros, isso é um absurdo.
Se algum dia, passar na frente da clínica e ver os pacientes aguardando na rua e no sol, eu mesma ligo para a postura e denuncio vocês pelo absurdo e total descaso em deixar um funcionário sem nenhum jeito para trabalhar com o público.

If I ever pass in front of the clinic and see patients waiting on the street and in the sun, I call the posture myself and denounce you for the absurdity and total neglect of leaving an employee with no way to work with the public.
