★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clínica com péssimo atendimento, cheguei era 13:30 E ainda estou esperando o atendimento e já são 16:30 sendo que é clínica fecha as 17:00 um absurdo não indico essa clínica pra ninguém.
Sem fala do rapaz que fica logo na entrada demora quase meia hora só para cadastra o usuário as moças da outra recepção nem saber dar informação pra onde o paciente deve ir.
Clinic with terrible service, I arrived it was 1:30 pm And I am still waiting for the service and it is already 4:30 pm being that the clinic closes at 5:00 pm absurd I do not recommend this clinic to anyone.
Without mentioning the boy who is right at the entrance it takes almost half an hour just to register the user with the girls at the other reception or to know how to give information where the patient should go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento por telefone e Whatsapp péssimo. Atendimento pessoalmente demora muito, principalmente para quem vai tirar sangue, passei 1h no aguardo, só me atenderam logo (depois de 1h) porque fui reclamar pois eu estava passando mal quase desmaiando. A parte do café é anti higiênico, você senta de frente com os banheiros.
Só os MÉDICOS que merecem 5 estrelas.
O resto tem muito o que melhorar, é muita falta de respeito com os seus CLIENTES.
Telephone service and lousy Whatsapp. Personally care takes a long time, especially for those who are going to draw blood, I spent 1 hour waiting, they only saw me right away (after 1 am) because I went to complain because I was feeling almost faint. The coffee part is unhygienic, you sit in front of the bathrooms.
Only DOCTORS who deserve 5 stars.
The rest has a lot to improve, there is a lot of disrespect towards your CLIENTS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo nem para meu pior inimigo. Não tem senha de prioridade e normal,apenas uma senha. Idosos e jovens esperando por horas a fio somente para a recepção. Ambiente pequeno e superlotado. Jamais voltarei!!!
I don't even recommend it to my worst enemy. It has no priority password and normal, just a password. Elderly and young people waiting for hours on end just for the reception. Small and overcrowded environment. I will never come back!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antendimento de Endoscopia foi traumática para meu pai, já que ele foi realizar o exame e me relatou que não foi anestesiado como de costume em outras clínicas, ele me informou que assistiu todo o procedimento e que se sentiu super incomodado, uma vez que o exame de Endoscopia é um exame invasivo! Além disso, ele me relatou que durante o procedimento, o médico e as demais pessoas que estavam na sala, não estavam utilizando máscaras! O que é um absurdo já que estamos em uma pandemia e o paciente necessita ficar sem máscara durante o exame!!!!
Endoscopy procedure was traumatic for my father, since he went to perform the exam and reported that he was not anesthetized as usual in other clinics, he informed me that he attended the entire procedure and that he felt super uncomfortable, since the exam Endoscopy is an invasive exam! In addition, he told me that during the procedure, the doctor and the other people in the room were not wearing masks! Which is absurd since we are in a pandemic and the patient needs to be without a mask during the exam !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo!!!!. Não há controle de senha de prioridade e normal, apenas uma única senha. Cheguei as 8h da manhã para um exame de obstetrícia, fui chamada apenas as 11:20. Deixaram várias pessoas serem atendidas que chegaram muito depois! Pessoas que chegaram as 11horas foram atendidas e 11:15 já estavam liberadas e eu fiquei esperando desde as 8h com minha BB e ainda grávida. Segundo a atendente, é o médico quem decide a ordem que ele irá atender. Resumindo não percam tempo nesse local!! Vão passar a manhã inteira esperando! Desrespeito e desorganização! NÃO RECOMENDO! PÉSSIMA EXPERIÊNCIA.

They let several people be served who arrived much later! People who arrived at 11 am were seen and by 11:15 they were already released and I was waiting since 8 am with my BB and still pregnant.
