★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O local consegue atender com razoável qualidade. Porém o tempo despendido a cada atendimento é muito grande. Recomendável disponibilizar uma manhã inteira para cada atendimento no órgão. A estrutura é boa e conta com banheiros e bebedouros. A distribuição de senhas para atendimento é das 8h as 10h. São apenas 4 guichês de atendimento, mas geralmente só 3 funcionam direto. Sendo que um deles é reservado prioritariamente para demandas contra a rede Celpa.
 The place can serve with reasonable quality. However, the time spent on each service is very long. It is recommended to make a whole morning available for each service at the agency. The structure is good and has bathrooms and drinking fountains. The distribution of service passwords is from 8 am to 10 am. There are only 4 service windows, but generally only 3 work directly. One of which is reserved primarily for claims against the Celpa network.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento 151 não funciona, quando passa na TV parece ser uma maravilha,mas na realidade. Em Nosso país o serviço público não funciona, muito gente ganhando pra não nada.

Certa vez eu disse para um advogado que iria procurar o Procon do Pará e o mesmo me disse que seria perda de tempo que o Órgão era um mero cabide de empregos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, poucas senhas por dia, se você chegar lá 07h30 já não tem senha disponível e tem que voltar no dia seguinte. Depois que você consegue ser atendido te dão uma data para retornar, só que os retornos só podem ser nas sextas feiras, ou seja, você só tem um dia na semana para verificar a resposta da sua reclamação, e ainda correr o risco de chegar no dia não ser atendido, tendo que esperar a próxima sexta feira. Pra completar, o telefone não serve pra nada, vive sem sinal, e quando chama nao te atendem.

After you manage to be served, you are given a date to return, but returns can only be on Fridays, that is, you only have one day a week to check the response to your complaint, and still run the risk of reaching the day not be attended, having to wait for the next Friday. To top it off, the phone is useless, you live without a signal, and when you call you don't get answered.
