Por telefone confirmaram a aceitação do plano de saĂșde e realizaram o agendamento.
Cheguei ao consultório, apresentei os documentos, preenchi a ficha de cadastro, FUI MEDICADO, e depois recebi a informação que o plano não era aceito e apresentaram o orçamento para avançar com o exame. Não reconheceram o erro, não consideraram que eu estava medicado, não consideraram desconto e simplemente me deram a opção de pagar ou sair. Aà vim aqui, orientar os demais para não serem prejudicados.

By phone they confirmed the acceptance of the health plan and made the appointment.
I arrived at the office, presented the documents, filled out the registration form, I WAS MEDICATED, and then received the information that the plan was not accepted and they presented the budget to proceed with the exam. They didn't recognize the mistake, they didn't consider that I was on medication, they didn't consider a discount and they simply gave me the option to pay or leave. Then I came here, to guide others so as not to be harmed.
