★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu simpesmente adorava essa clínica, porém, hoje me decepcionei demais. Estou tentando marcar uma consulta já há algum tempo e não conseguia pois a agenda estava fechada. Hoje 01/09/2021 eles deveriam abrir a agenda, liguei p eles e decediram q até Janeiro 2022 não abrirão mais a agenda. (Isso p CONVENIO) Agora se eu quiser particular R$ 480,00 a consulta ela tem horário p esse mês ainda. Isso é uma falta de respeitk. Estou fazendo um acompanhamento para Ceratose Actínica, se não cuidar pode se tornar câncer de pele. E o descaso foi d+!.
I just loved this clinic, however, today I was too disappointed. I've been trying to make an appointment for some time now and I couldn't because the schedule was closed. Today 01/09/2021 they should open the diary, I called them and decided that until January 2022 they will no longer open the diary. (That for the CONVENIO) Now if I want a private R$ 480.00 for the consultation, it has a schedule for this month yet. That's a lack of respect. I'm doing a follow-up for Actinic Keratosis, if I don't take care of it, it can turn into skin cancer. And the neglect was d+!.
