★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incrível como uma clínica tão bem localizada, que deve ter uma cartela de clientes bem extensa seja de tão péssima qualidade no atendimento.
Funcionários com a cara feia, de má vontade, parece que todo paciente que chega está pedindo um favor.
Está na hora de investirem em QUALIDADE NO ATENDIMENTO! Muito demorado e de péssima comunicação.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estávamos agendado para ser atendido a partir das 15h de hoje dia 04 de janeiro de 2021. Recebemos uma ligação da clínica às 15h alegando que a Dra que iria realizar o exame não podia e se gostaríamos de ser atendido por outro médico. Dissemos que sim. Passados mais de 2h horas ainda não fomos atendidos e a previsão não tem. Estamos aguardando sem definição de horário para ser atendido. Atender os pacientes com pontualidade fazem parte da consulta.
We were scheduled to be seen from 3 pm today on January 4, 2021. We received a call from the clinic at 3 pm claiming that the Doctor who was going to perform the exam could not and if we would like to be seen by another doctor. We said yes. After more than 2 hours we have not been served and the forecast has not. We are waiting without setting a time to be attended. Attending patients with punctuality are part of the consultation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima total falta de respeito com o paciente. Exame com hora marcada, já com atraso de 2 horas sem previsão de atendimento. Recepção cheia sem assentos suficiente e quente. Nem agua gelada tem no local.
Terrible total lack of respect for the patient. Examination by appointment, with a delay of 2 hours with no scheduled service. Full reception without enough seating and warm. Not even cold water is on site.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realmente essa clínica precisa de uma reciclagem total. É um desrespeito grande com o usuário, acredito que seja discriminação. E fui encaminhada pra fazer uma ressonância dia 29/10/21, às 15:00h. liguei na véspera aí disseram que não tinha vaga aí queriam remarcar para o dia 01/11 às 19:00h. eu recusei, então fizeram um encaixe no sábado às 11:00h. Cheguei lá às 10:45 e fui chamada era mais de 13:30h foi tão estressante que eu não consegui realizar o procedimento, me faltou ar e não consegui remarcar porque já era final do mês e não podia passar para o mês seguinte. Decepção total.
This clinic really needs a complete retraining. It is a great disrespect for the user, I believe it is discrimination. And I was referred to an MRI on 10/29/21, at 3:00 pm. I called the day before and they said there was no vacancy and they wanted to reschedule for 11/01 at 19:00. I declined, so they snapped it on Saturday at 11:00. I arrived there at 10:45 am and was called at more than 1:30 pm it was so stressful that I couldn't perform the procedure, I ran out of air and couldn't reschedule because it was the end of the month and I couldn't move on to the next month. Total disappointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gente pelo amor de Deus se tem um número de atendimento eu creio que seja pra receber ligações, a pessoa liga ninguém atende ficamos horas esperando que a ligação seja atendida e ninguém atende, melhorem e incrível ver uma prestadora de serviços dessa forma sem respeito com o paciente.
People for the love of God if you have a service number I believe it is to receive calls, the person calls no one answers we spend hours waiting for the call to be answered and no one answers, improve and incredible to see a service provider in this way without respect for the patient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desorganização e desrespeito com os pacientes, mulheres grávidas e crianças esperando mais de 4 horas para ser atendidas, absurdo total! 20 horas da noite e ainda esperando ser atendida, não recomendo!
Disorganization and disrespect for patients, pregnant women and children waiting more than 4 hours to be seen, total nonsense! 20 pm and still waiting to be attended, I do not recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito ruim o atendimento e respeito ao cliente zero. Se for fazer algum exame via convênio, vá preparado pra levar uma chá de caldeira. Pessoas chegam depois de vc e entram primeiro. Desorganização total !!!
Very bad customer service and zero respect. If you are going to take an exam via a health insurance plan, be prepared to take a kettle of tea. People arrive after you and enter first. Total disorganization!!!

Como passo fazer se não sou atendida...
Vou fazer na Liga... lá sou muito bem atendida...e vou falar para meu Médico do péssimo atendimento dessa clinica!
I've been calling for days and I haven't been answered... The Doctor who passed by asked me to do it at the Clinic Yes...
What do I do if I'm not answered...
I'm going to do it at Liga... I'm very well attended there... and I'm going to tell my Doctor about the bad service of this clinic!
