Eu não recomendo a ninguém.
Além do atendimento ser horrível, eu e minha irmã fizemos nossa avaliação e a moça além de não fazer nossas fichas certo, ela simplesmente sumiu com elas e isso foi a outra recepcionista que disse. No dia que fui fazer os procedimentos, a COPIA do meu CPF e minha ficha não estavam lá e muito menos solicitaram a liberação pro meu plano. A cópia dos meus documentos e da minha irmã agora estão perdidos. Tenho um bebê de 3 meses e amamento, um custo pra conseguir sair e eles fazem isso. Fazem pouco caso pq é plano de saúde, só pode.
Não recomendo e não volto.

I don't recommend it to anyone.
Besides the service being horrible, my sister and I did our evaluation and the girl, besides not doing our files right, she simply disappeared with them and that was the other receptionist who said. On the day I went to do the procedures, the COPY of my CPF and my file were not there, much less requested release for my plan. The copy of my documents and my sister's are now lost. I have a 3 month old baby and breastfeeding, a cost to get out and they do it. They don't care because it's health insurance, you just can.
I don't recommend it and I won't be back.
