★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que tal uma melhor organização da fila de espera? Antes do horário de atendimento as pacientes, muitas vezes gestantes, ficam pelos corredores sentadas no chão por falta de opção. A secretária atende a sua chamada de telefone, te pede para aguardar na linha e depois fica conversando ou em outras atividades. E, enquanto isso, você aguarda para marcar a consulta. Quanto a consulta, muito competente o atendimento do Dr. André Fortes e você sai com todos os resultados em mão. Fiquei bastante satisfeito!
How about a better organization of the queue? Before office hours, patients, often pregnant women, sit in the halls sitting on the floor for lack of options. The secretary answers your phone call, asks you to wait on the line and then stays talking or doing other activities. And in the meantime, you wait to make an appointment. As for the consultation, Dr. André Fortes' service is very competent and you leave with all the results in hand. I was quite satisfied!

O Dr André é competente e a já saímos com os exames... porém, ninguém atende o telefone para marcar, a espera é do lado de fora e pelo preço caríssimo as imagens da ultrassom ficam a desejar. Ah, e não pode filmar ou tirar fotos e nem tem opção de comprar o cd.
I like the service when I get there. Dr André is competent and we already left with the exams ... however, no one answers the phone to make an appointment, the wait is outside and for the very expensive price the ultrasound images are to be desired. Oh, and you can't film or take photos and you don't even have the option to buy the CD.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui para o Dr. André Fortes por indicação da minha obstetra, após ter feito 2 US inconclusivas sobre a minha gestação. Eu estava de 8 semanas e nas outras US eu tinha recebido um mero 'talvez'. Dr. André Fortes não tem papas na língua. De forma seca, me disse 'essa gravidez não vai para frente' e me deu as costas para fazer suas anotações. Meu marido achou absurdo o tratamento dele, mas, apesar do meu choque, eu pude finalmente virar aquela página que me afligia. Além disso, ele entrega o laudo na hora. Após alguns meses tentando engravidar novamente, eu OPTEI em fazer uma outra US com ele, pois foi o único capaz de me dar um diagnóstico PRECISO, mas fui ciente e emocionalmente preparada para o jeito seco dele. Eu estava em período ovulatório e ele, por liberalidade, fez 3 US seriadas (o plano só pagou a primeira) e me disse o dia em que eu iria ovular. Enfim, retiro uma estrela por faltar nele um tratamento humanitário, que é muito importante em um momento tão delicado. Se quer tratamento carinhoso, não vá. Se quer diagnóstico técnico e preciso, prepare-se emocionalmente e vá. Simples assim.
I went to Dr. André Fortes on the advice of my obstetrician, after having performed 2 inconclusive US studies about my pregnancy. I was 8 weeks old and in the other US I had received a mere 'maybe'. Dr. André Fortes doesn't mince his words. He curtly told me 'this pregnancy is not going forward' and turned away from me to take notes. My husband found his treatment absurd, but despite my shock, I was finally able to turn that page that afflicted me. In addition, he delivers the report on time. After a few months of trying to get pregnant again, I OPTED to do another US with him, as he was the only one able to give me an ACCURATE diagnosis, but I was aware and emotionally prepared for his dry manner. I was in the ovulatory period and he, for free, did 3 serial US (the plan only paid for the first one) and told me the day I would ovulate. Anyway, I take a star off it for lack of humanitarian treatment, which is very important in such a delicate moment. If you want affectionate treatment, don't go. If you want a technical and accurate diagnosis, prepare yourself emotionally and go. That simple.

Sempre faço minhas ultrassonografias lá e já saio com o resultado. Ontem, por exemplo, precisei fazer uma urgente pelo plano de saúde e fui muito bem atendida. Pela particularidade do meu caso, consegui vaga para o mesmo dia. Houve muita compreensão deles e é disso que nós pacientes precisamos: um tratamento humano e empático. Quanto ao André, é um profissional muito competente, sempre me esclarece as perguntas e me traz muita segurança. RECOMENDO SIM!
Although some reviews about the establishment are not positive, which may lead some to give up, I would like to tell you that my experience with the office is very good. I always do my ultrasounds there and I leave with the results. Yesterday, for example, I had to make an urgent request for the health plan and I was very well attended. Due to the particularity of my case, I got a vacancy for the same day. There was a lot of understanding from them and that's what we patients need: humane and empathetic treatment. As for André, he is a very competent professional, he always clarifies my questions and makes me feel very confident. RECOMMEND YES!
