A começar pelas recepcionistas que são extremamente grossas. Dr João, urogista, não dá a devida atenção ao paciente. O procedimento é feito pela enfermagem e Dr João não avalia após se foi feito corretamente ou não, “apenas se necessário”.
Falta de ética.
I do not recommend this clinic to anyone.
Starting with the receptionists who are extremely rude. Dr João, a urogist, does not give due attention to the patient. The procedure is performed by nurses and Dr João does not assess afterward whether it was done correctly or not, “only if necessary”.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo! Sem organização e sem a menor consideração com o cliente. Eu fiquei mais de 1 hora esperando para fazer 2 ultrassom, marquei para inicio as 14:40 , perguntei para recepcionista se era por ordem de chegada e ela foi infatica ao dizer que era por horario marcado e que nao adiantava chegar mais cedo, vi varias pessoas que chegaram apos o meu horario serem passadas na minha frente. Enfim, nao recomendo , pior que SUS.
Terrible! No organization and no consideration for the customer. I waited more than 1 hour to do 2 ultrasounds, I scheduled it to start at 2:40 pm, I asked the receptionist if it was on a first-come, first-served basis and she was emphatic in saying that it was by appointment and that there was no point in arriving earlier, I saw several people who arrived after my schedule were passed in front of me. Anyway, I don't recommend it, worse than SUS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dizem que a primeira impressão é a que fica. E ficou mesmo, me indicaram essa clínica para um exame de endoscopia, pois bem , acabei de ligar e assim que atenderam o telefone, disseram. "um momento por gentileza" e se passaram 15 minutos e nada de atenderem, nesse intervalo, ouvi dados de outros pacientes, alergias, endereços cadeiras arrastando, conversas paralelas, só não ouvi ninguém me atender. Péssimo atendimento. Não indico a ninguém.
