Levei meu caro pra fazer orçamento, foi falado que iria entrar em contato pra passar o valor, passaram o valor da mão de obra mas não o das peças, portanto se não me avisaram não tiveram aprovação pra fazer o serviço, e mesmo assim fizeram, só que o pior, é que foi feito um mal serviço, me obrigando a ter que refazer depois em outro auto elétrico, gastando mais 340,00 reais pelo serviço que foi dito que haviam feito e não fizeram, segundo esse outro técnico, que realmente fez e mostrou as peças trocadas e acabou o problema que foi deixado por fazer e ainda cobrado valor sem avisar antes. O lado pessoal não pode ser confundido com o profissional, Didi pode ser a melhor pessoa do mundo, mas alguém não está fazendo bem o trabalho pago pra ser feito, e isso é errado. Isso foi anteriormente, meses atrás, mas só consegui avaliar agora. Espero que tenham mudado o jeito de trabalhar.

I took my dear friend to get a quote, it was said that I would get in touch to pass on the value, they passed the value of the labor but not the value of the parts, so if they didn't warn me, they didn't have approval to do the service, and even then they did, only the worst thing is that a bad service was done, forcing me to have to redo it later in another electric car, spending another 340.00 reais for the service that was said they had done and they didn't, according to this other technician, which really made and showed the exchanged parts and the problem that was left undone and still charged without prior notice. The personal side cannot be confused with the professional, Didi may be the best person in the world, but someone is not doing the job they pay to do well, and that is wrong. This was earlier, months ago, but I was only able to assess it now. I hope they have changed the way of working.

Preço pago foi justo e menor do que eu esperava. Trabalham muito bem. Fiquei muito satisfeito com o resultado e o tempo de entrega do carro.
