â â â â â Nunca mais volto nessa clĂnica, atendimento horrĂvel!!
Cheguei as 17:50 no local e as funcionårias começaram a fechar a porta e disseram que no relógio de ponto delas jå era 18:00.
Se recusaram a entregar os exames radiológicos, obrigando eu a remarcar minha consulta médica.
No dia anterior havia consultado e tinham me dito que fechavam as 18h, total descaso!!
A porta ainda estava aberta e mesmo assim recusaram o atendimento, não recomendo essa clinica para ninguém!
 I'm never coming back to this clinic, horrible service!!
I arrived at 17:50 at the place and the employees started to close the door and said that their time clock was already 18:00.
They refused to deliver the radiological exams, forcing me to reschedule my medical appointment.
The day before I had consulted and had been told that they closed at 6 pm, total neglect!!
The door was still open and even so they refused service, I don't recommend this clinic to anyone!

â â â â â estive em consulta no ultomo dia 16/12 com o Dr Nelson, quero aqui parabenizar a clinica e o Dr Nelson Simoes, fui atendido antes do horario marcado e a consulta fou muito bem feita, estĂŁo de parabĂ©ns.
I was in consultation last December 16th with Dr Nelson, I want to congratulate the clinic and Dr Nelson Simoes here, I was seen before the scheduled time and the consultation was very well done, congratulations.

â â â â â coloquei o aparelho "24hs" para medir o batimento do CORAĂĂO e sumiram com o resultado, fiquei por meses ligando, disseram que Ă© enviado para outra cidade e quem avalia o resultado sĂŁo alunos de uma faculdade. (isso antes da epidemia )Pediram para refazer... nunca mais!!!
I put the device "24hs" to measure the heartbeat and they disappeared with the result, I was calling for months, they said that it is sent to another city and those who evaluate the result are students from a college. (this before the epidemic) They asked to redo it... never again!!!

â â â â â PĂ©ssimo atendimento, sem responsabilidade com os pacientes, marquei um exame que gastei com remĂ©dios para a preparação, passei mal um dia inteiro e qdo chegou no dia do exame, simplesmente nĂŁo iam fazer, pois a mĂ©dica responsĂĄvel estava doente e ninguĂ©m avisou, muito descaso.....um lugar que nĂŁo volto mais
Terrible service, no responsibility for the patients, I booked an exam that I spent on medication for the preparation, I felt sick for a whole day and when it arrived on the day of the exam, they just wouldn't do it, because the doctor in charge was sick and no one warned me, very careless ..... a place I won't go back

â â â â â Absurdo, o Dr, VICENTE CARLOS NACARATO me deixou esperando 1 hora e nĂŁo me atendeu!!! com 30 minutos de atraso, foi na recepcionista e educada ela me informou que ele estava com uma paciente cadeirante por isso estava com atraso, ai mais 30 minutos, fui na recepção e ele avisa subido pra tirar pontos de outro paciente, uma pĂ©ssima conduta mĂ©dica, NUNCA MAIS VOLTOU neste cara !!! VICENTE CARLOS NACARATO nota ZERO pra vc!!!
Absurd, Dr, VICENTE CARLOS NACARATO left me waiting 1 hour and didn't answer me!!! 30 minutes late, he went to the receptionist and politely she informed me that he was with a patient in a wheelchair so he was late, then another 30 minutes, I went to the reception and he tells me to go upstairs to take stitches from another patient, a bad medical conduct , NEVER GETS BACK ON THIS GUY AGAIN !!! VICENTE CARLOS NACARATO zero grade for you!!!

â â â â â 8/3/22..liguei varias vezes e aguardei na linha pois queria saber informacoes sobre um exame ecodoples transtoraxico... Ninguem atende, ou qdo sai da espera ..toca e nenhuma atendente te atende... Nao adianta ter medicos bom se a porta de entrada que Ă© a recepcao Ă© pessima
3/8/22..I called several times and waited on the line because I wanted to know information about a transthoracic echodoples exam... No one answers, or when you get off the hold... it rings and no attendant answers you... It's no use having good doctors if the entrance door that is the reception is bad

Terrible.. I was waiting for more than 1 hour to go to my appointment and no one can update with the doctor's prediction to attend... It needs to improve a lot to be called a medical clinic
