I am very grateful to the dog vets, they saved my Thor. He was hospitalized on the spot receiving all the care. They are great professionals. They paid full attention, sent videos of him at the hospital and photos via whatsapp. And I could visit whenever I want. I highly recommend it. Very grateful

Minha cachorra passou com 3 veterinários, todos atenderam ela muito bem, e deram todos os suportes que precisava, agradeço em especial o Doutor Reginaldo que a atendeu por último e reavaliou o quadro dela, e a medicou com o remédio exato que naquele momento ela precisava, depois disso a recuperação dela foi super rápida e hoje ela está ótima ?
I've been to this clinic 3 times, the service is great, and the exams are done there.
My dog passed 3 veterinarians, all of them attended her very well, and gave all the support she needed, I especially thank Dr. Reginaldo who attended last and reevaluated her condition, and medicated her with the exact medicine that she needed at the time , after that her recovery was super fast and today she looks great ?

Fizeram descaso. Péssimo atendimento, nunca achei que fosse passar por isso.
They hurt my dog in the bath and grooming, and they didn't even care!
They were careless. Terrible service, never thought I would go through this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu cachorro para banho e tosa, pior atendimento, meu cachorro voltou com vários machucados. Já tinha levado outras vezes, meu cachorro nunca gostou de lá, sempre resistiu para entrar. Nessa última vez eu pude ver o motivo de tanta resistência. Não recomendo o banho e tosa.
I took my dog to a bath and groom, worse care, my dog came back with several bruises. I had taken it other times, my dog never liked it there, he always resisted to enter. This last time I could see the reason for so much resistance. I don't recommend bathing and grooming.

Fizemos absolutamente todo o processo pós adoção nessa clínica, logo depois um processo gigante para mudança de país (que por conta da europa atual não fomos) e nas duas ocasiões faltou um carimbo que numa delas foi por assessoria deles que não fizemos, e nas duas voltamos dias depois e ficam cobrando 90 ou 170 para o carimbo, é brincadeira gastar 2k de procsso pra me fazerem voltar ou ajudar num carimbo e os caras cobram de novo e novo só pra olhar o gato ou cachorre e carimbar em minutos.
Até entendo o pessoal que fazem bico já que a maioria não atua na área e diz que não tem autonomia pra nada, mas pfv né.... enfim, moro do lado e agora faço questão de andar mais só para não ser estorquido pelo cartório em forma de veterinário.
People have no shame... We did absolutely the entire post-adoption process at this clinic, soon after a giant process for moving to another country (which we didn't go to because of current Europe) and on both occasions there was a lack of a stamp that in one of them was due to advice from them that we didn't do, and both of us came back days later and they charge 90 or 170 for the stamp, it's a joke to spend 2k of process to make me come back or help with a stamp and the guys charge again and again just to look at the cat or dog and stamp in minutes.
I even understand the people who work odd jobs since most of them don't work in the area and say they don't have the autonomy for anything, but please... anyway, I live next door and now I make a point of walking more just so I don't get distorted by the notary's office. in the form of a veterinarian.
