★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento . levei minha cachorrinha até a clinica no dia 30 de Dezembro de 2017 , com vômito e bem desanimada . após somente apalpar a barriga do animal a Veterinária Milena Beatriz Griggio CRMV-SP 22931 , disse que o mesmo estava com intoxicação alimentar e deu uma injeção nela e alguns remédios via oral para dar em casa (que detalhe não estava parando com nada no estômago tanto que nem comia , fato que foi comunicado a veterinária ) não foi feito nenhum exame de sangue nem nada e pediu pra irmos pra casa com o animal . chegando em casa a cachorrinha continuou apática e sem comer nada . quando demos água para ela , ela vomitou tudo . mesma coisa aconteceu com os remédios quando foi dado . chegando a noite ela começou a defecar sangue. Informamos a veterinária via WhatsApp e a mesma nos orientou a comprar um outro remédio. Na manhã de domingo dia 31/12 ela defecou muito sangue e não estava comendo e nem bebendo nada. Levamos ela até outro veterinário e chegando lá foi constatado que a cachorrinha estava com parvovirose e precisou ficar internada por estar bem desidratada por não beber nada. Infelizmente dia 02/01/2018 ela veio a óbito e a causa da morte foi a Parvovirose(detectado através de um exame que não demorou nem 10 min para sair o resultado ) que destruiu ela por dentro. Sabemos que esta doença é bem grave, ainda mais para um animal tão novo mas se descoberto logo nos primeiros sintomas há chance de sobrevivência do animal. Se esta clinica tivesse solicitado pelo menos um exame de sangue que através dele seria detectado a Parvo, talvez minha cachorrinha ainda estivesse conosco hoje. Não recomendo a clinica pra ninguém. Péssimo serviço.
OBS: ainda bem que levamos até outra veterinária , onde a cachorrinha recebeu o tratamento adequado(mesmo não havendo tempo hábil de salva-la ) . porque se dependesse do atendimento desta clinica minha cadelinha teria sangrado até morrer em casa .
Terrible attendance . I took my dog to the clinic on December 30, 2017, with vomit and very discouraged. after just palpating the animal's belly Veterinary Milena Beatriz Griggio CRMV-SP 22931, said that it was with food poisoning and gave her an injection and some oral medicines to give at home (that detail was not stopping anything in the stomach so much who didn't even eat, a fact that was reported to the vet) no blood test or anything was done and asked us to go home with the animal. arriving home the dog remained apathetic and without eating anything. when we gave her water, she threw up everything. same thing happened with the medicines when it was given. at night she began to defecate blood. We informed the veterinarian via WhatsApp and she instructed us to buy another medicine. On Sunday morning, December 31, she defecated a lot of blood and was not eating or drinking anything. We took her to another vet and when she got there it was found that the puppy had parvovirus and had to be hospitalized because she was very dehydrated for not drinking anything. Unfortunately on 01/02/2018 she died and the cause of death was Parvovirus (detected through an examination that did not take even 10 minutes to get the result) that destroyed her inside. We know that this disease is very serious, even more so for an animal so young, but if discovered in the first symptoms there is a chance of survival of the animal. If this clinic had requested at least a blood test that would be detected by Parvo, maybe my puppy would still be with us today. I don't recommend the clinic to anyone. Poor service.
NOTE: thankfully we took it to another veterinarian, where the puppy received the proper treatment (even though there was no time to save her). because if it depended on the attendance of this clinic my little dog would have bled to death at home.
