★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo, clinica sem estrutura alguma, n tem RX n tem ultra a Mel chegou com uma lesão na pata traseira foi feito hemograma e aplicada 3 injeções. Antibiotico, antiflamatorio e para dor. Tentei fazer um video para rnviar ao meu filho e fui proibida pela veterinaria q estava atendendo. Disse que a dona da clinica n permitia, informei q n esta filmando ela apenas o peocedimento mesmo assim n pude. Não recomendo!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou bastante satisfeita, minha gata foi atendida prontamente pela doutora Bruna e apesar de precisar de operação me passaram bastante tranquilidade. Sem dúvida a unidade de Bonsucesso é melhor da rede quatro patas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acho que devia dar mais importancia na hora de imprimir os resultafos de exame. Pois o resulta da ultra o laudo da minha pincher saiu todo falhado e era 2 folhas .a atendente so imprimiu uma.quando cheguei em casa que vi .tive que mandar imprimir novamente. E foi 135.00 reais

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mto boa, tanto a clínica quanto a médica. Porém a consulta c exame de sangue deu 220 e quando liguei a menina falou q era mais barato. A médica passou vários remédios e eu não tenho condições de comprar agora, pois dois dias após eu bati c carro ? e meu animalzinho está c hepatite viral, ou seja espero q ele resista até o próximo mês p eu comprar os remédios todos (foram mtos) vou dar 4 estrelas pq o valor foi diferente do falado

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei minha filhinha Lili, uma Shih-tsu na Unidade de Bonsucesso, no dia 13/05, pela manhã. Ela foi atendida pela Dr.Tábata, muito bem atendida por sinal, Dr muito atenciosa, até me ensinou a limpar o ouvidinho da minha filha.
Mas a noite Lili teve uma piora, mesmo tomando as medicações, então a levei novamente, mas desta vez quem examinou ela foi a Dr. ADNA. Que prosseguiu com o ótimo atendimento. Muito atenciosa, também sem besteira com nada fez os procedimentos necessários e hoje minha filhinha tá aqui Bótima ?. Já fazendo das suas travessuras.
Só tenho a agradecer a Dr.Adna? e Dr. Tábata?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu nunca fui nessa clínica, moro na ilha do governador,tenho escritório de contabilidade na Cardoso de morais, minha funcionária falou que essa clínica era popular e mas em conta, eu já tinha marcado cirurgiã em outro lugar, Fui na saber . Levei a cachorra pra consulta, cheguei lá as 12;00hs, sai de lá as 15:50, porquê ortopedista tinha cirurgiã, no dia da cirurgiã me mandaram chegar 13:00, tive que falar se não fosse fazer a cirurgiã até 14:30 hs iria querer meu dinheiro de volta. Dez minutos depois chegou anestesista, um cliente também fez maior barraco. A mesma reclamação esperando e ninguém pra atender horário . Também cirurgiã. Mandaram eu voltar às 18:00 hs pegar cachorra, e quase 19:00 hs liberam a cachorra, sem o aparelho do pescoço pra ela não arrancar curativo, já que falaram que ela iria colocar pino. Bom acho que administração tem que reavaliar os horários dos médicos pra fechar com clientes. Inclusive uma funcionária também falou que isso estava errado.pois tem que ter horário. Se almoçam as 12:00 as 13:00 . Então esse horário e pra almoçar e os clientes a partir das 13:00 marcação. Achei a clínica boa. Mas está mal administrada.
Desculpa mas eu vi varias pessoas reclamando do horário .

I took the dog to the consultation, I arrived there at 12:00 pm, left there at 15:50, because the orthopedist had a surgeon, on the surgeon's day they sent me to arrive at 1:00 pm, I had to speak if I wasn't going to see the surgeon until 2:30 pm hs would want my money back. Ten minutes later the anesthesiologist arrived, a client also made a bigger shack. The same complaint waiting and no one to answer the time. Also a surgeon. They told me to come back at 18:00 hs to get the dog, and at almost 19:00 hs they release the dog, without the neck braces so she wouldn't pull out the bandage, since they said she would put a pin. Well, I think the administration has to reevaluate the doctors' schedules to close with clients. Even an employee also said that this was wrong.because there has to be a schedule. They have lunch from 12:00 to 13:00. So this time is for lunch and customers from 13:00 appointment. I thought the clinic was good. But it is poorly managed.
Sorry but I saw several people complaining about the time.
