O atendimento da Ster foi perfeito me ajudou em tudo que eu precisava, estou super satisfeita, ja estou morando no apartamento, qualquer coisa que venho a precisar, estão sempre solícitos a me auxiliar da melhor maneira.  I can only praise him, I was looking for an apartment, Roberto the broker, he was super kind and helpful. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo. Todo mês preciso cobrar o boleto do aluguel que as vezes me entregam no dia do vencimento , tendo que inclusive ir para o banco a noite para não pagar juros. Fora que mando mensagem visualizaram e não respondem , o proprietário já reclamou e não mudam. Atendimento deixa a desejar, péssimo. E ainda não tem educação e paciência para lhe dar com o público. Ignora o inquilino.
Lousy service. Every month I need to collect the rent slip that is sometimes delivered to me on the due date, even having to go to the bank at night to avoid paying interest. Except that I send a message they viewed and did not respond, the owner has already complained and does not change. Service leaves something to be desired, lousy. And you still don't have the education and patience to give it to the public. Ignore the tenant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje estive na imobiliária para acertar um acordo e pagar o aluguel, como de costume, fui atendida pela Sra. Ester, que com toda presteza e educação me atendeu, solucionando o meu problema.
Desde o início da pandemia a Sra. Ester tem sido solidária ao meu problema, fazendo o interface e negociação com a proprietária.
Today I was at the real estate agency to settle an agreement and pay the rent, as usual, I was assisted by Ms. Ester, who promptly and politely assisted me, solving my problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima imobiliária, estamos há 10 dias tentando ver um imóvel, falam que vão retornar e não ligam, já ligamos 3 vezes, ainda falam que é caro o aluguel, como se eu não soubesse o que eu posso ou não pagar, se queria ver é pq posso, não tenho mais interesse agora, nota zero de atendimento, se vc é dono de um imóvel saiba que vai demorar a alugar pq eles não atendem direito.
Estou contando a minha experiência.
Bad real estate, we've been trying to see a property for 10 days, they say they will return and they don't call, we've called 3 times, they still say that the rent is expensive, as if I didn't know what I can or can't pay, if I wanted to see because I can, I'm not interested now, zero service score, if you own a property, know that it will take time to rent because they don't serve you right.
I'm telling my experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência foi e é super positiva. Sempre que preciso a Ster e o Roberto são atenciosos,prestativos,esclarecem todas as dúvidas. Tenho trauma com imobiliária,minha última experiência em outra foi péssima e desde que conheci a equipe da BM3 estou vendo que nem todas são ruins.

My experience was and is super positive. Whenever I need, Ster and Roberto are attentive, helpful, and clarify all doubts. I have trauma with real estate, my last experience in another was bad and since I met the BM3 team I'm seeing that not all of them are bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima imobiliária e péssimo atendimento das funcionárias, eles te tratam super bem até assinar o contrato, depois qualquer problema ou dúvida que tiver você vai levar uma eternidade pra obter um retorno, meu boleto ficou alinhado vencimento dia 10, no mínimo tem que mandar uns 5 dias antes, mas não, eu tenho que ficar cobrando o boleto toda hora, eles me mandam só na metade do mês lá pro dia 16 e com vencimento dia seguinte, ou seja, eu que me vire pra me organizar. E outra, eles me ignoram no whatsapp mesmo estando online, já liguei pra lá e fingiam não estar me ouvindo desligando na minha cara, liguei de outro aparelho com outra voz e me atenderam , foi assim que peguei eles... ou seja, saiam dessa furada!!!!
Bad real estate and bad service from the employees, they treat you very well until you sign the contract, then any problem or doubt you have it will take forever to get a return, my ticket was aligned due date on the 10th, at least you have to send about 5 days before, but no, I have to keep charging the ticket all the time, they send me only in the middle of the month, on the 16th and with maturity the next day, that is, I have to take care of myself to organize myself. And another, they ignore me on whatsapp even though I'm online, I already called there and they pretended not to be listening to me hanging up on me, I called from another device with another voice and they answered me, that's how I caught them... that is, leave from this hole!!!!
