★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dia 06/04 por volta de 12:30 fui ao local para a higienização do meu Pet fui muito bem tratada pelos funcionários do balcão e a promocional que fez a tosa higiênica maravilhosa . Minha queija é sobre a gerente . Mau educada ignorar os clientes e também vi ela muito groça com os funcionários . Acredito eu que a polícia da empresa não seja essa e sim de valorizar o cliente para que ele volte
a e se sentir acolhido uma vez que estamos ali cuidando dos nossos animais queridos .
Decidi voltar pelo tratamento que tive da profissional da (tosa ) que me tratou muita bem . .Mais peso que se põe no lugar do outro ???

Suliane, péssima profissional infelizmente meu gato chegou lá muito mal, fez exame de sangue, testou positivo para FELV, o Hematócrito dele super alterado, imunidade baixíssima e ela disse que não era necessário medicação, só passou dois suplementos vitamínicos. O animal continuou tendo febre em casa, perdendo peso eu mandava ZAP pra ela e ela não respondeu nenhuma das mensagens enquanto meu gato debilitada mais ainda. Foi aí que resolvi levar em outra clínica que constatou que o exame de sangue dele estava super grave, ele estava muito desidratado e quase morrendo, entraram com internação, soro venoso com inúmeras vitaminas dentre elas complexo B e outras medicações que o ajudaram a convalescer dessa doença terrível e do péssimo atendimento que recebeu na apaixonados por quatro patas de Madureira na Estrada do Portela. O nome da clínica não condiz com o atendimento prestado, se eu não corro pra outro veterinário meu gato ia morrer por negligência da Dra. Suliane. E digo não recomendo a clínica pois minha primeira experiência foi horrorosa, uma vida ia se perder mas graças a Deus corri a tempo com meu filho.
