★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No início o serviço era excelente, mas observei que com o tempo a qualidade foi caindo nos quesitos perfume, penteado e tosa higiênica, tentei dialogar com o próprio responsável do pet sobre minha insatisfação mas não senti muita receptividade pras questões colocadas, senti que parecia que eu estava aumentando ou sendo injusta e nem tenho idade e tempo pra isso, após pontuar as questões ouvi que os funcionários e os produtos são os mesmos há 10 anos. Bom minha decisão foi mudar de pet pra evitar maiores transtornos pra ambas as partes.
At the beginning the service was excellent, but I noticed that over time the quality dropped in the items perfume, hairstyle and hygienic grooming, I tried to talk to the pet's own manager about my dissatisfaction but I didn't feel very receptive to the questions asked, I felt that it seemed that I was growing up or being unfair and I don't even have the age and time for that, after punctuating the questions, I heard that the employees and products have been the same for 10 years. Well my decision was to change the pet to avoid further inconvenience for both parties.
