★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, Funcionários mal humorados, com fofocas baixinho nos ouvidos dos outros colegas, não responde ao ZAP, resumindo um quadro de recepcionistas horríveis. Não indico a ninguém e não retorno mais de geito nenhum. A receita médica deixou muuuuuiiiito a desejar quanto a dosagem pra quem não tem conhecimentos com animais.
 Terrible, grumpy employees, with gossip quietly in the ears of other colleagues, does not respond to ZAP, summarizing a cadre of horrible receptionists. I don't recommend it to anyone and I will never return. The medical prescription left a lot to be desired regarding the dosage for those who have no knowledge of animals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência foi PÉSSIMA, não indico quem está com seu animal passando mal e precise de um remédio de urgente que seja dado na clínica.Falei a veterinária que minha cachorra tinha vomitado sangue, que estava com febre. A criatura nem pra passar algo de urgente pra melhorar a situação dela. Passa mais exames a fazer... Sai com minha cachorrinha de lá da msm forma que chegou...mal.
My experience was TERRIBLE, I do not indicate who is with their animal feeling sick and needs urgent medicine that is given at the clinic. I told the veterinarian that my dog had vomited blood, which had a fever. The creature didn't even have to pass anything urgent to improve her situation. Pass more exams to do ... Get my dog out of there in the same way it arrived ... badly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa pra mim é a MELHOR clínica de Fortaleza. Minha gatinha caiu do terceiro andar, chegou lá com o baço rompido e duas fraturas na pelves. Teve que fazer duas cirurgias de grande risco. Eles salvaram a vida dela, foram muito atenciosos. Dra Djane explicou tudo muito bem e a Viviane foi simplesmente um ANJO na nossa vida! 5 estrelas é pouco... merecem toda a gratidão desse mundo. Graças a Deus e a eles a gatinha está se recuperando muito bem!
This for me is the BEST clinic in Fortaleza. My cat fell from the third floor, arrived there with a broken spleen and two fractures in the pelves. He had to do two high-risk surgeries. They saved her life, they were very attentive. Dr. Djane explained everything very well and Viviane was simply an ANGEL in our life! 5 stars is not enough ... deserve all the gratitude of this world. Thanks to God and to them the kitten is recovering very well!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não conhecia a Curapet, mas vi bons comentários. De fato fomos bem atendidos, possui ótimo custo benefício e a Dra. Djalma foi bem atenciosa, explicando tudo, fez tudo pelo meu gatim, mas ele já estava muito comprometido em sua saúde, diabetes descompensada, órgãos comprometidos, periodontite, não se levantava mais nem comia direito. Precisou ser internado, mas não resistiu. Foram bem atenciosos ao me comunicar e o prepararam para eu o levar. Agora ele está num belo jardim, alegrando Deus e num mundo sem injustiças aos animais, fome, doenças, abandono...Recomendo a Clínica!
I didn't know Curapet, but I saw good comments. In fact, we were well attended, it is very cost-effective and Dr. Djalma was very helpful, explaining everything, she did everything for my kitten, but he was already very committed to his health, decompensated diabetes, compromised organs, periodontitis, he didn't get up anymore I didn't even eat right. He needed to be hospitalized, but he didn't resist. They were very attentive when communicating with me and prepared him for me to take him. Now he is in a beautiful garden, making God happy and in a world without injustices to animals, hunger, diseases, abandonment... I recommend the Clinic!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre fui muito bem atendida, tratamento super cortês em todos os setores, recepção, banho, tosa e consultório, já fiz cirurgia nas minhas bbs, e nunca tive nenhum problema com nenhum profissional, atendimento sempre foi de qualidade e respeito... super indico a clínica cura pet.
I was always very well attended, super courteous treatment in all sectors, reception, bath, grooming and office, I've had surgery on my bbs, and I've never had any problems with any professional, service has always been of quality and respect... I recommend the clinic cures pet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu gatinho, paguei super caro pq era domingo e ainda fui super mal atendida, veterinária super desumana e sem profissionalismo, n sabia nem tirar a temperatura do animal, n teve um diagnóstico e quando eu chorei ela ficou com raiva dizendo q n tinha como saber o que o animal tinha. Então tá atendendo praq????????
I took my kitten, I paid super expensive because it was Sunday and I was still super poorly attended, a super inhuman and unprofessional veterinarian, she didn't even know how to take the animal's temperature, she didn't have a diagnosis and when I cried she got angry saying she had no way of knowing what the animal had. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma experiência muito ruim hoje. Levei meu cachorro para banho e tosa. Disseram que tinham 3 cachorros na frente. Quando cheguei, o tosador estava no celular, e quando fui buscar, duas horas e meia depois, esperando que o serviço fosse finalizado, o mesmo tosador estava no celular novamente. Desisti do banho e o homem ficou alterado, reclamando aos gritos para que eu e quem tivesse perto pudesse ouvir. Nunca imaginei que uma empresa fosse tão anti-profissional dessa forma. Meu cachorro fazia tratamento nessa clínica, mas irei procurar outra. Me arrependo amargamente de ter frequentado essa ambiente com esse tipo de tratamento ao cliente. O meu dinheiro é muito suado e não deixarei mais um centavo em tal estabelecimento. Em momento algum houve qualquer pedido de desculpas. Não indico e não aprovo.
I had a very bad experience today. I took my dog for a bath and grooming. They said they had 3 dogs in front. When I arrived, the groomer was on his cell phone, and when I went to pick it up, two and a half hours later, waiting for the service to be finished, the same groomer was on his cell again. I gave up on the bath and the man got upset, screaming so that I and whoever was nearby could hear. I never imagined that a company would be so unprofessional in this way. My dog was treated at this clinic, but I will look for another one. I bitterly regret having frequented this environment with this type of customer treatment. My money is very hard and I will not leave another penny in such an establishment. At no time was there any apology. I do not recommend and do not approve.
